Hello and welcome! I am an enthusiastic world traveller. Australian by birth, but with roots in Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Singapore, UK, Miami and Naples FL.
We are in our Mid 50's and have 3 children and a wonderful rescue dog.
I have lived in Naples almost 10 years and have seen it morph from a sleepy hollow paradisiacal coastal town into a buzzing mini metropolis. I love the outdoors and all that Naples has to offer; namely great wild life, fresh air, best sunsets, great people and an abundance of wonderful activities for short term visits and longer term ones.

Why they chose this property

Water front property. It's a FUN, young, energetic home with great bones lovingly restored, renovated and modified over the last 10 years of ownership. From a bland, vanilla 1968 bungalow to an all in contemporary all mod cons twist on a mid century beach home.
It has the largest garden in the Moorings available on a single plot thanks to preserving it as a quasi original home! So plenty of outdoor living.
Kitchen is a brand new custom high end finish. **** Please request updated photos as whilst going to print these were not readily available.
