Enjoy your vacation at our 5-star (over 100 reviews) 5/3 home that sleeps 24 comfortably (not including sleeper sofa,). The two beachside bedrooms have king beds. All the rest have built-in queen bunks. We designed the layout to comfortably fit our large family and accommodate a large group. We've included all the amenities that you would expect at a truly great beach home plus a few that you'd never expect.
We've provided such things as locking gates on the sun deck (to protect the small kiddos), a "pack-n-play" for babies, plenty of hammocks, swings, and deck furniture, loads of outdoor and indoor games, streaming TV and movies (in all the rooms), a built-in double oven and extra-large stove top, auxiliary ice maker, propane grill and spacious bar area downstairs, outdoor showers, chairs and tables for small wedding parties, and many more items too numerous to mention. !
You'll truly be impressed by the family friendly features we provide!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out instructions are located on the refrigerator. Short version: Load up, pick up, Sweep up.
Leave soiled linens on the beds (don't make them up) Gather any unwashed towels and pile them be the washer (please start a load before you leave) Bring in Mattress and pillows from the deck bed
Roll up the dune walkover and store in the garage again. Text as you exit so we can notify housekeeping
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No prom, spring break, graduation, or Youth groups without prior approval and references. Small wedding are permitted with prior approval and fees
No more guests allowed past the sleeping capacity of the home (26) without prior approval (such as a small wedding, etc)
No smoking in the house. No pets. No loud music that would disturb neighbors.

Amazing Rental Home on the Beach

Awesome home right on the beach. Excellent views from the main deck, as well as nice areas at grade level for outdoor cooking and hanging out. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Thanksgiving on the Beach

First time getting family together at the beach and the property, location, amenities were perfect for everyone in our group. Beautiful home and very well equipped with all we needed and more. Rodney was a great host who communicated well up to and during our stay to help us make this a memorable trip.

Perfect Spot

This really is a perfect spot for a getaway. Everything you need is there, and the house is incredible. I go to Crystal Beach every year for my birthday and this is the best location. Perfect for entertaining, lounging, playing, watersports, etc. The manager/owner is super easy to work with and all communication was perfect.

The name of the house is spot on. The home is beautiful, cozy, convenient, all the beds are comfortable (which is a BIG plus for our family) and I cannot stress enough about how beautiful the view is…it doesn’t get much better than this!

Amazing property

Amazing property and right on the beach. Second time renting this place and highly recommended. However, there was an issue where we did not have power for one night. It was a faulty main breaker but host was able to get it fix the following morning. We were in constant communication throughout the night.

This was the best time for all of our family. The owner was super responsive and reached out a a few days before to go over some details. If I had any questions or needed anything while we were there he was quick to respond. This house had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. I will definitely book this home again!

We had a very relaxing couple of days in your beautiful beach house. It was very cozy, spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing and watching the sunrise was a highlight. The owners were kind and helpful. My family had a blast and would love to come back one day soon!

Perfect for a big family

This place is just as described. Think of something you need and they have it! Kitchen aid mixer, blender, crockpot, toys for the beach, everything!! We had a family of 22 and we fit comfortably. The view is really amazing.

Bell Wedding

The house is exactly what is called AMAZING. We had our wedding here, and it was perfection! Our family and friends stayed total of 20 people, and there was plenty of room plus some for all of us. The owners were fantastic, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. Our whole group was not ready to leave, we are planning our return trip already!

Went here for a family get together. The host has thought of almost everything. The view is truly amazing. House was carefully thought out for large gatherings. There's a lot of thoughtful surprises and I will leave it for you guys to find out but it is truly a lovely place. We will be back each year!

Great house in a perfect location

The best part of the house was this half covered deck overlooking the beach and gulf. You could spend hours watching the waves roll in. The beach is just a few steps away. The beds were very comfortable, house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for 3 families with 5 kids total. Rodney was a great host, was very responsive, and provided lots of tips about the area. Everyone had a great time.

Why they chose this property

Growing up in southeast Texas, the beach is the most cherished vacation spot for our family. We designed and built this home to accommodate the needs of our large family and it serves as our vacation home when not in rental service. It's loaded with features that make a large family gathering fun and safe.
You'll find spices in cabinets, linens on the beds, and maybe some Blue Bell Ice Cream in the freezer. Just bring a bathing suit and some extra clothes. Everything else you need is here.
