Il Nido Bianco (the white nest) is situated on the first floor of a Medieval building in the heart of the historic centre of Vicopisano.
Located close to Pisa, Lucca and Florence, the property is ideally located and offers the perfect base for touring Tuscany.
Nido Bianco is ideally situated and is just a short stroll away from the village square and all its amenities.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The property offers stylish contemporary interiors, free WiFi and laundry facilities - in addition the apartment retains original features such as lofty beamed ceilings with views over terracotta roofs and Medieval towers.
MEDIEVAL OPEN PLAN LIVING
This studio apartment is both perfectly and cleverly designed providing both living and sleeping zones in one open plan space with large airy windows. The interiors are mainly white and neutrals which offer a cool/fresh ambiance.
Enter the apartment into a small entrance lobby with views over the terracotta roofs and Brunelleschi's Watch Tower
SLEEPING/LOUNGING SPACE
Here you will find comfortable Queen size bed dressed with fresh white linens and there is a romantic white curtain which separates the sleeping and dining zone. There is a cozy sofa for two and a satellite TV in this zone
DINING AND KITCHEN ZONE
The cooking zone is perfectly designed with a cooking hob, oven and fridge. The fully equipped space means you are able to prepare and cook delicious Tuscan meals at home. A dining table designed for four offers romantic comfortable dining for two!
BATHROOM
The contemporary bathroom has the highest quality fixture and fittings and offers a WC, hand basin and shower with cubicle.
PRIVATE GARDEN
The garden like the apartment is a romantic nest for two! The garden is at the rear of the building with easy access from your apartment. The garden has a gazebo, plus table and chairs for outside dining, it's a great spot to have morning breakfast or pre - dinner drinks. The property owner has planted fresh herbs, strawberries and tomatoes which our solely for our guests.
ACCESS AND PARKING
There is a free car park just 120 meters away. The car park is for available for the residents of the historic center.
Access to the property is via a large entrance into a communal hallway - then there are 11 stairs to access your private entrance.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival from 4.00PM up to 11pm
Departure up to 11.00AM.
In some cases we can be flexible on arrival and departure time, please contact us before making your booking.
Arrival after midnight and requested late departures may incur additional charges.

The property is owned by a local family who live in part of the restored Medieval building where Nido Bianco is situated.
Husband and wife Patrizia and Carlo have lovingly restored their Medieval home into a stylish comtemporary retreat. Patrizia is an experienced project manager and interior designer who specializes in bathroom and kitchens and Carlo has his own garden furniture business which specializes in hand crafted wooden furniture and garden accessories.
Patrizia and Carlo have two young sons who just love to practice their English language skills so the chances are you may get to meet them on arrival. Brenda the dog is another addition to the family who you may also meet if you take a walk along the country lanes surrounding the village!
The family have enlisted the help of Marie and Lorenzo (pictured) who act as Property Managers for Nido Bianco.
Marie and Lorenzo live in the village and know the area well. They are experienced English speaking Property Managers who will process your initial enquiry right up to your arrival and as they live just 20 meters away they are available for support during your stay should you need them.
