Fabric recliner. 50" LG tv. Suddenlink cable tv and Wi-fi. Internet always available. Office space armoire with desk. Washer and dryer in unit. Central heat and A/C. Fully furnished and equipped. Nicely decorated. The apartment is clean, quiet and cool. The neighborhood is established and quiet.
