Great location

The house is very nice and located near good transportation options. We had a plumbing problem the first night. While the owners housekeeper was very responsive the problem was not corrected during our stay eliminating the use of one shower out of two. We had five people trying to get ready for a wedding with only one shower. The owner was not willing to fully compensate us for the inconvenience Abigail, the housekeeper gets high marks while we were disappointed with the owners response

Thank you so much for choosing our property! It was a pleasure to host you! The home you stayed in was newly renovated (everything in it was brand new), and we regret the unexpected plumbing issue. We came expeditiously as to not disturb your comfort, we gave a partial refund, and offered to extend your visit 1 day for free to compensate.

What’s Missing

For a few hundred dollars, maybe less, this would be a decent property. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms or hooks in the bedrooms, no bedside lights in master bedroom (a few pharmacy would work well in the limited space), the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be replaced or maybe just cleaned, and a few decent hangars, maybe wood or plastic, would be a big help. For the amount the owner charges, it would be nice to have a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towel. Overall, not recommended.

Most guest upon entering are very impressed and can see all the time, money, and attention that was spent making this place look amazing as in the photos! Everything is brand new from the furniture to every faucet and shower fixture. This property is located on a hill atop the famous Sunset Blvd. and boast stunning views, and the most amazing sunsets. We pride ourselves in wowing our guest! We typically leave ample toiletries and paper products, and if more are needed they are in the cabinets. The master bedroom has a remote control on wall next to the bed that controls the lights settings to suit your need for the bedroom. The headboard of the bed has a touch sensor LED light that can be turned on as well. My apologies, that you did not have all that was needed, I wish only that you would contacted us, and allowed us the opportunity to assist. It would have been my pleasure:). Happy travels!

Beautiful house with a lovely swing!

The house looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we had more time to enjoy it and LA but we were there for a conference. The owner and her assistant were really helpful with anything we needed and responded quickly. I also left my keys and they were able to locate them for me and it was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion is to maybe have a step stool available for people. I'm short and couldn't reach the microwave which was pretty high up even for the taller people with me. Honestly, I recommend this home for sure and would stay again if I could. Lastly, the shower in the master TO DIE FOR!!

Beautiful old house. Lots of room. Central to lots of stuff. Very responsive to needs if owner is contacted. Enjoyed our stay very much. Could use better instructions in the unit. Easy to fix.
