Yes, please make my home as your home in Kota Kinabalu (KK). Do stay with us whenever you visit KK, especially for visitors who come to KK on yearly basis or even on monthly basis. Use it as your home base in KK and we always treasure your visit!

(The space)
This is a double storey terrace house with parking, which could accommodate up to three cars (on first come first serve basis). The house is located at Taman Kingfisher, and a short distance to all of KK attractions by transport.

This house is beautifully furnished, with some spiritual and inspiring pieces throughout, which reflects my personality. There are 4 rooms altogether:

1. Room A - Air-conditioner / 3 paxs / attached bathroom
2. Room B - Air-conditioner / 2 paxs
3. Room C - Air-conditioner / 2 paxs
4. Room D - 2 paxs


(Get Access)
Feel free to use my kitchen facilities including Pantry and Fridge. I have a Smart TV, guitar and yoga mattress. I also have a collection of books which you can enjoy. Also a washing machine is available for you to use.

All facilities provided are for our guests comfort and usage. Please take good care and any damages incurred, you will be liable for.


(Interaction with guess)
Feel free to ask any questions and we could even grab a drink to talk about life (provided I'm free and you are open)! But I will always respect privacy if they would rather keep communication to a minimum, whatever makes them comfortable. Text me and I'm always available via messages.

(Overview)
Features - meet with locals, working nine to five, commercial centre, hospital and university.

Vincent's house is located in Taman Kingfisher, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The commercial centre and Giant Hypermarket are just 5 minutes walking distance away.

Food options are Chinese cuisine, Malays cuisine, Indian cuisine and western cuisine.

Likas Bay Waterfront is just 10-15 minutes walking distance away and you will experience the beautiful sunset of KK. You may even consider to jog in the evening along Likas Bay Waterfront to CBD.


从民宿步行到利里卡士湾只需10-15分钟的距离。您可以在下午由里卡士湾步行到水上清真寺、甚至到市中心。或许在傍晚川着里卡士湾漫步欣赏日落。



(Getting around)
You can catch public bus / mini bus as it ferries between hospital and CBD areas frequently.

You could rent a motorcycle or a car to travel around KK. Calling Uber or Grab car is also a trend now in KK. Public transport and Uber is reasonably cheap in this regions.
