About this property

A large condominium located in a nice complex in the woods just up the hill from Kings Beach. This 3 bedroom condo has 1 bedroom on the main level and 2 on the lower level. Featuring nice furnishings and upscale decor, high knotty pine ceilings, stone fireplace and a modern kitchen. In the summer time there is a pool and tennis courts for guest use. Only minutes to beaches and casinos and four miles from Northstar ski resort. Relax in comfortable surroundings from this lovely condo in the woods.

PLEASE NOTE: This condo has an electric BBQ because the complex does not allow gas or charcoal, please do not bring your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you heavily. The only type of BBQ allowed is an electric one. Thank you for your understanding.***

Gross & horrible beds - avoid at all cost

This place was awful. Beds were horrible and we left after one night of sleeping in hell. The furniture was all grandma's old stuff and filthy. Not updated since late 1970s. Cheap, dirty and horrible linens and beds. A hard pass!

Ski trip

Property in great location. We had some issues with cleanliness, had to come in door washing sheets and towels and some of the beds were uncomfortable. Place needs to be updated. Property Manager Esmeralda, was helpful with my complaints.

Good sized condo setup well for use

great kings beach location, made for easy access to ski mountains, beach, and trails. Condo layout great for family, ample room for cooking, playing cards, and relaxing by fire.

Great location; needs updates

Location and layout of the property was great for our family. However the BEDS were the worst we have ever experienced. Bed in master being the worst of the worst. Hard to enjoy vacation when you cant sleep.
