This condo is very clean, comfortable, stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Great location.... Just walk out back door to pools and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. Washer and dryer worked great. Good water pressure in showers. No problems at all. Stayed an extra night!!! Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We loved our stay at Waterscape! The location of the pools was super convenient—just a short and easy walk from our room. Each pool had secure code access, which gave us peace of mind with little ones running around. The condo itself was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We especially loved the cozy patio, which had plenty of beach and pool toys and floats ready to go. Everything was thoughtful and family-friendly. We'll definitely be back!

This was our first time to Waterscape C202. It was perfect and will definitely come back. We had a blast! The room was exactly as described. Thanks for the easy check in and out. Received notifications for updates. Ground level was easy no elevator which was nice.

Great location!!

This condo is located in a good area. 99% of people staying here were all families so the atmosphere was great and family friendly. We all loved the fact we could just walk out straight to the pool and beach… not having to deal with elevators and lines of people to go in and out of your room is great. Very spacious and clean. Will stay here again!

Ground Level at Waterscape= success!!!

Staying here with Coastal Vibe Vacations was a breeze! The condo was clean, the location was great, the place was spacious and laid out perfectly to fit our family of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids). I would stay here again for sure!! Thanks for hosting us!!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterscape Resort C202. The only thing I can think of is there needs to be a wider range of cooking must haves. Pots, pans, etc. Overall, it was great.

Perfect family time

The condo was just as stated and lovely. Easy access w ground floor out the door to the kids splash area and the upper pool deck. Grills close for lunch time or dinner either one. Plus the food shack is the cherry on top ! Love waterscape . This is our third year to stay and I expect we will make it an annual tradition.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great stay at Waterscape C202 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We stayed at Waterscape around 10 years ago. We always wanted to come back. The condo was very clean. We loved being able to walk straight out the back door into the pool area. The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable. I loved being able to park near the condo entrance. That was probably one of my favorite things about the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone and Waterscape is a great place to bring your family.

Love the property. Stayed in the pool with our grandson all day, every day. Only complaint would be having trouble finding chairs when arriving to the pool mid morning. It seemed that some of the chairs were reserved by people at the beach who came in later in the afternoon. Would have been nice to have a chair in the shade some of the time.

Condo unit is extremely convenient to parking garage, not having to carry groceries or luggage far. Check in could not be any easier - you have everything you need prior to arrival. Great communication and updates about when room available which is helpful during travel. Easy checkout. Nice having starter supplies at condo. Unit is ground floor and close to splash pad which is great with young kids. More of a trek to the beach, but it depends how you and your kids vacation, many kids prefer pools to beach.

We had a wonderful time and love Waterscape. However, this was the first time we've delt with cleaning issues. When we checked in, the bunk beds had not been stripped and cleaned. There was trash sitting on top of the bedding. There was also trash on the couch. I felt like I had to strip the beds and clean everything before I could sleep on them. Besides that, everything else was ok/average. The unit could use a walk through to handle a couple issues, but nothing that really effected your stay. The location of the unit is perfect. Both beds being kings make it perfect for two families.

First, we love your company and will always book with you, as we love this resort also. I couldn't decide whether to bring this up or not, but decided in the end if I was the owner, I would want to know. The condo was not very clean when we arrived. There were long hairs in the tub, and dirt in the corners of the master bath. We found candy under a dresser in master bedroom, and food wrappers under the couch. The master bedroom bed skirt had dirt on it. We have never had an issue like this before from your company. I just thought maybe it was a bad day for the cleaner. I cleaned the tub and swept really well under everything. I washed the sheets just in case they hadn't gotten to the bed. I am sorry to rate less than a five.....but everything else was a five star vacation!!
