Beach Beauty LC9 is a wonderful 3 bedroom 3 bath home. The 2nd floor living/dining/kitchen is your ultimate beach retreat. The new 46" TV is perfect for nighttime entertainment. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 8 people. It is pet friendly and smoking is permitted outside only. The kitchen is completely furnished with a blender, toaster, coffee maker and everything you will need to cook a complete meal. This is a gated complex and has a nice boardwalk to the beach.
Parking Rules for Lost Colony
1. There is no parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 spaces for parking. 2 vehicles maximum per unit including guest parking. 2. Parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area is not allowed. 3. Leaving and or storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage is not allowed. 4. There is no parking allowed in the grass or landscaping. 5. Using another owner's driveway to park is not allowed. *There is overflow parking. This is located to your right as you drive in the gate.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
