Falmouth Heights Summer Rental available. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 12. Newly renovated kitchen, living area and bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area with seating for 8-10 people. Living room with flat screen tv, Comcast cable and wifi. Large side yard perfect for parking the cars, there is one space in the driveway, as well as room to cookout and play yard games. The location can't be beat. 2 minute walk to the Falmouth Heights beach, British Beer Company, Black Dog Cafe and the Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard. There is also a large field up the street to run around and a basketball court. Under 2 miles into the center of town. Wonderful covered porch and brand new deck to sit on and relax. Great house for the extended family or a few families.

Great Location, Clean, Updated

We stayed here with family that included many small children. It was clean, updated and very close to beach. We enjoyed the downstairs as it had been recently updated, including brand new kitchen and bath. The open floor plan was exceptional for hanging out after a day on the beach. The outside was a hit also, with a deck and a surprisingly large yard being so close to water. The owner was very responsive and helped us with an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the house was more than accommodating for our large family. We certainly would stay again.

Perfect Location!

This home was perfect for an active family! Its a few short blocks from the beach and other outdoor activities, with a hug yard and walking distance to the marina and the MV Ferry. The open kitchen is perfect for families as well. With the Falmouth Road Race finish line so close, it would be a perfect stay for the race! The house itself could use some updates, so if that's what you are looking for this is not the right house for you. For our family however this house made for a terrific stay and introduction to Cape Cod!

Location, location, location

Property was great for our family. Outside porch, patio and side yard made for a very relaxing week. No air conditioning and a brutal heat wave, but who can complain when you can walk to the beach! Very well appointed kitchen. Everything was immaculate and Amanda and Denise were very responsive.

Great house for groups!

We enjoyed our stay here this past week! The updated open floor plan on the main level was beautifully done and kept the space nice and cool despite the heat. Bedrooms got warm but were well equipped with ceiling, window and floor fans. Fantastic outdoor space with the covered porch and back deck and yard. Great walkability to the beach, restaurants and the Island Queen ferry, which we took to MV one day. Well equipped kitchen and gas grill for cooking many meals! Amanda was incredibly responsive and helpful!

Great family stay

It was a really nice stay for our larger family - enough space and quiet for our new born, a wonderful yard and proximity to the beach for our older kids, and plenty of space to be together. The area is also quite charming and welcoming. A great vacation.

Falmouth on the 4th

Had an amazing long week at this wonderful property! We come together yearly as a family and this home turned out to be perfect fit for our group. The kids took over the upstairs and the adults were very comfortable downstairs with everything we needed to enjoy our time back and forth to the beach, making big family dinners and lots of space for everyone to sit back and relax, play games and enjoy our time. Perfect location in easy walking distance to everything! Property owners were excellent to work with and very easy to contact. There was not much we need to do except have a good time! Can't wait to come back again!
