Large family compound , guest house, barn, pool on 13 acres
Charming antique CT farmhouse with outbuildings. It is the perfect place for large active families and reunions. The main house sleeps 9 and the guest house sleeps 4. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all top shelf appliances. Also on the property there are a number of activities for guests to enjoy including: barn with an indoor basketball hoop and climbing wall, heated granite pool, heated platform tennis court, exercise room, and large pond for fishing, canoeing and skating. Finally the property comes with a golf cart and a 200 ft zip line. Privacy on 13 acres but minutes from Washington Depot
