We had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious. The view of the lake was beautiful. Andrea was very hospitable and communicative.The house is only a 20 minute drive to the Universsl resorts and Winter Park restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Host Andrea was very welcoming and responded in timely fashion. The house was perfect, clean and amenities as described. I would definitely stay here again if available. Location was actually closer to my brother’s than originally anticipated. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed relaxing out by the lake.

There are a lot of great things about this house.- Very clean- Well stocked with needs like tp, tissues, soap, towels, etc- convenient location to UCF and Universal Studios- THE VIEW, that lake is gorgeous- Comfy porch furniture to enjoy the FL weather- Owner responds quickly and is easy to work with.There were two bummers for us, but they come down to our preferences so we didn’t want to take away stars.- The beds were firmer than we like, but we were so tired from long days at theme parks and college tours we slept well. - The spa didn’t work. Because the spa is in pictures we thought we’d have access to it to dip our feet in after theme park days. We didn’t pay attention to the fact was it was listed as an amenity so I didn’t let it reflect my rating.

Great place to stay

We rented a house as came in from texas to attend my granddaughter’s high school graduation. This house was just the right location. Beautiful view of the lake. Pool area was fully screened which made it very nice.

First VRBO experience

Andrea, the owner, was so very helpful and informative with clear instructions on everything in the house. We were in Florida for a travel ball tournament and really enjoyed the pool after watching baseball all day. The home was very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is great for families who want to relax, swim and have a beautiful lake view. My family enjoyed the fireworks from neighbors, it's a quiet, relaxing place in a big busy city. A piece of heaven.

This house sits on a lake and is beautiful! Nice and quiet and just 30 mins from Disney world!

I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times and she was very friendly and responsive. I appreciate the fact that she answered immediately and her home was just gorgeous!

Spacious, great backyard

This house is perfect for groups of 6-8 people. Plenty of space to sleep, eat, and relax. The backyard pool and lake are just as pictured, beautiful! A few things could be improved in terms of cleaning (oven cleaned out, dishwasher & washer/dryer unloaded prior to arrival, etc.). Additionally, the master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable (rock hard & springy) so I would not suggest guests plan on even using that bed unless it's replaced. Overall, it's a beautiful and spacious home and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

What a gorgeous setting of the house with the pool area overlooking the lake. Close to the city yet feels secluded. Loved looking at all the travel artifacts around the house. Plenty of space for a larger family. Lovely host who was all so gracious to refund us for a night we couldn’t use. Thank you thank you thank you.

Wonderful Home to Rent

First, Andrea, the owner could not have been more responsive and accomadating. This home is beautiful and very clean. Every detail is covered with a full kitchen with everything you need, great lanai and pool overlooking the lake. Great neighborhood which made it nice to walk in the mornings. Very Comfortable and Relaxing

The home is very nice with a great kitchen and layout. The kitchen is stocked with necessities like salt, seasonings and coffee. The screened in patio/pool area was a delight. The location is close to UCF and plenty of restaurants. I highly recomend this home.

Work with prematurely born babies in Neonatal ICU currently at Florida Hospital in Orlando. In my free time, I love to get lost in nature, trail running, hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, canoeing, beach, yoga - pretty much anything outdoors :)) when traveling and not camping out, love the adventure of staying in various types of accommodations.
