Cozy Bungalow in a nice friendly neighborhood

Very bright and modern home with plenty to offer for a comfortable stay. Located in a welcoming neighborhood where you will often see neighbors out walking, running, and biking, it provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The home is conveniently located just minutes from local parks and schools. University of Evansville is within walking distance, making it a great option for visiting families and guests. Downtown Evansville is about a 5 minute drive, while Eastland Mall is approximately 6 minutes away. University of Southern Indiana is a 12 to 18 minute drive depending on traffic.

We are a pet friendly home. All pets must be approved prior to your stay in accordance with neighborhood guidelines. If you plan to bring more than one pet, please reach out to us directly for approval.

Please note the yard is only partially fenced. Pets should not be left unattended outdoors, as there is a possibility they could get out.

The home is older and the state of the house reflects its age. However, everything was provided for what we needed. Its a one minute drive to UE and near all major stores. Great for easy access and to move a student into UE.

Absolutely loved our stay, The house is very clean , neighborhood is very quiet and safe feeling and has everything you might want or need or maybe forgot during your stay. Loved the location and definatly took advantage of Honey Moon Coffee 2 blocks away every morning and enjoyed watching the regular bunny and birds in the back yard while drinking our coffee and avocado toast and bagels. Will definitely try and book in future to any trips in area!

Love the location of the bungalow. Beautiful area. The house was clean and the host communicated well. The kitchen had a nice assortment of appliances and cookware. The parking was adequate but if you have multiple cars you may need to jockey them around at times. One way in and out of the parking area with little room to turn around if you have a truck or SUV.

There was obviously a major roof leak with an obvious patch in the ceiling in the main room. The house smelled very strongly of mildew. I had to go purchase odor absorbers and an air purifier. Other than that, the house was as listed. Nice neighborhood, cute front porch, nice walking/bike path out front, clean, comfortable beds. Would not stay again.

We would also like to clarify that the area referenced on the ceiling is not the result of a roof leak or water damage. It is cosmetic damage resulting from previous construction work in the area, and we are actively working to have the necessary specialized repairs completed. Nice clean rental in a quiet neighborhood. The street and sidewalks were quite busy during the day but in the evenings there was almost no traffic. Centrally located for our visit with family in the area. Will book here again.

This is a lovely home, with everything I needed except food, lol. Excellent work station, comfortable beds and couch. The entire home was perfectly clean, warm and welcoming. The front porch was an excellent alternative as a work space, with comfortable table and chairs to work in the fresh air. Kevin was an exemplary host. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm working in the area.

The communication from the host was great! Easy directions and entry to the home. The house was clean & nicely decorated. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the bathtub needs to be re-glazed, it appears it has been before but has worn off giving a "dirty" appearance, additionally there are ceiling repairs needed in the living room. Overall a comfortable hom.
