In between the Gredos mountain range and the Tietar River, the 2.5 hectares land - dedicated to pepper farming for producing La Vera paprika - accommodates a house with 6 rooms and suites and 5 bathrooms, a huge garden, a 80 sq/m orchard surrounded by various fruit trees, a large swimming pool with jakuzzi, a 81 sq/m porch and a a 81 sq/m veranda with amazing views of the river valley and the mountains range and a 162 sq/m outdoors covered area equipped with a kitchen, a bbq, a clay oven, a paella cooking area and a 15m long rocket stove daybed. In our land you can access the river for kayaking and you can fish at one of the best fishing places of the Tietar River.

A Beautiful place in Spain

We had the most incredible experience at this! The property is an absolute gem, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes that seem to come straight out of a postcard. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool – it was like having our own private oasis to relax and soak up the sun. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality we received from the competent, attentive, and kind landlord. Their warmth and helpfulness added an extra layer of comfort to our trip. Additionally, the presence of Victor, the friendly caretaker of the property, was a delightful bonus. His dedication to ensuring our needs were met and his ever-present smile truly enhanced our stay. From the spacious accommodations to the picturesque views and the remarkable pool, everything exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a getaway that offers relaxation, beauty, and top-notch service, this vacation rental is an absolute must-visit. We left with our hearts full of joy and our minds already planning our next visit!

The house was clean and tidy and was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils/crockery/glassware and seating for large groups. The BBQ area was fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable with freshly laundered bedding and towels. The swimming pool was fantastic and Victor kindly got out the water polo goals for us. The kayaks were great and, despite the intense heat, we managed to kayak to the nearest bar....It was really hard work! The tomatoes and watermelons from the veggie patch were delicious and it was lovely to be able to 'pick your own'.Jose was great at communicating with us and he was always quick to respond to all of my messages. He went above and beyond recommending restaurants, places to visit etc.One thing to note is that there wasn't 'air-con' but instead each room had an electric fan. These were perfectly adequate.The only slight negative was a lack of cushions/padding for outdoor chairs and sun loungers. We had a really relaxing stay in a peaceful spot and thoroughly enjoyed discovering a number of local gorges where we could all splash about in the river when we wanted a change of scene.
