Welcome to this National Trust 1909 elegant Victorian building, formerly a Bank set on the main street of Cygnet. A perfect retreat offering light, stylish and beautifully appointed rooms overlooking the town square.

****COVID NOTES****
If staying on with us for multiple nights then it is our Covid safe policy to not service rooms unless specifically requested. We are more than happy to do so if requested and provide extra linen also if required.
By attending your reservation with us at The Cygnet Old Bank, you are agreeing that you:
- are free from any COVID symptoms,
- that you are not currently required to self quarantine, and
- that you do not currently have Corona Virus.
The garden and water fountain has ample seating to sit and relax whilst listening to the country sounds
Check-in is from 3pm till 5pm unless prior arrangement,

Terms and Conditions:
Full payment in advance is required to secure the booking.
By making the booking and payment for accommodation at the Cygnet Old Bank, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Payment is to be made at time of booking to secure dates as only pre-paid guests may stay overnight at the Bank.
Refunds may be given under the refund conditions, less a Cancellation fee/Booking fee of $20.
Please note there is a 1.9% surcharge for Visa and Master cards payments.
Visitors are welcome at The Cygnet Old Bank but should unauthorized guest stay overnight an extra charge of $100 per night per person will be charged.
To ensure peaceful enjoyment at the Cygnet Old Bank for us, our other guests and our neighbours, we have a strict 'no party' policy.
Should this condition be breached by you and/or property is left in a dirty, damaged, untidy state, you will be charged a minimum of $500 cleaning fee plus the full replacement costs of any damaged or lost equipment and/or furnishings.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.
Aggressive or antisocial behaviour at any time (determined by us) may result in you being asked to leave with no balance of the booking paid for in accommodation be refunded.
Checkout departure time of the property is at 10:00am
Pets are not allowed in the premises.
Smoking is prohibited, as it is a totally smoke free property.
Loss- the owner takes no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.
No show incurs 100% loss of payment.
We strongly advice guests to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances and in the unfortunate event of a cancellation we do require notification via email. If you book our property, please put full name, email and mobile.
