wrong things

neighbors put trash into dumpster, we had 1 bag and the dumpster was full. ice maker didn't work, water filter needed to be changed, food was left in refrig, in shower the hot and cold water was backwards.

Second visit

Second time staying in the property. The owner is very friendly. The local property manager who is in charge, needs to work on her customer service skills. This is the second time we have run out of toilet paper. I’m not a fan of someone coming over to open up the toiletries closet, while all my belongings are there. This should all be checked and stocked before arrival, not the next day of our stay. Again this happened the first time. So I didn’t write a first review because stuff happens. Owner should probably rethink the property management. Owner was great !

This is a lovely home with lots of decorative touches. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had no problems, so no need to contact the property manager. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

We stayed here 1 week with another couple and had a lovely time. The home was clean, comfortable, roomy, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed - laundry room, coffee pots, dishes, cooking utensils, etc., etc., etc. The neighborhood was great for taking walks. We were in city limits but away from the busy downtown area. This was a great place to rest and relax when not enjoying all that the Lake Havasu City area had to offer. Thank you for your hospitatality - we will definitely be back!
