Beautiful 1 bedroom , private bathroom and private access to a back yard in Redodno Beach. 3-5 minutes to the sand of Hermosa Beach!
Very close to Artesia & Aviation Blvd.
Bike or take a 2 minutes drive to the Beach! Close to the South Bay Mall and the freeways!
Back yard, very private, Bright , New decorative paint thru-out the entire home, laminated hardwood floors in Living/Dining and all three bedrooms. This condo has been upgraded with thru-out the staircase, fireplace, all bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, foyer. New stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator.

Great location, clean room/house, and friendly host!
I rented this room for about 11 weeks this summer (2019) for an internship in the El Segundo area, and it was an absolute pleasure staying here. Upon arrival, the room was very clean, as was the rest of the house. I had access to the kitchen, free WIFI, a washer and dryer, and a clean bathroom. This location is conveniently placed next to a bus stop for 2 different bus lines, one of which I used to get to my internship. In addition, there's a grocery outlet, several restaurants, and a gym all in walking distance from the house; it's also about a 40 minute walk to the beach, or a 10 minute drive. Lastly, the host, Nabil, was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and I would definitely stay here again given the chance!
