Talk about a great winter or summer location — you’re less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Your group will love Timbernest Cottonwood Condo … and you’ll appreciate the value too!
This sunny 1-bedroom+loft, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six people. The living room has a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and lots of seating for relaxing after a day of adventure in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook for your group, and there’s seating for five people at the table and room for three more at the breakfast bar.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for two vehicles (one covered, one in the parking lot). As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.
