Beautiful Remodeled House on the water, 2800sf with 3BR/4BA, sleeps 12 in a gated community. Rec Room with Pool Table, 4 SeaterTable for cards and games, full bath, and futon with 2 huge windows overlooking the canal. Kitchen with granite counters, SS Appliances and eat at bar and dining room. Master Bedroom Downstairs with queen bed, New Master Bath with tile shower and garden tub, Laundry Room with w/d and another full bath, 2 sitting rooms, one has a fireplace and a sofa bed, the other has built in bookcases. 2 Bedrooms and full bath upstairs, One bedroom has 2 queen beds, another bedroom has 2 full beds. TV's in one sitting room and in all the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, family room, sun room and rec room. Huge deck with 2 tables and umbrellas, gas grill provided, screened porch and brick paver patio. Sheets and towels provided. Brick paver walkway to the Boat Dock with 6 Adirondack chairs. Bring your boat, jet skis, and your golf cart. As a guest you will enjoy Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Volleyball net, Walking Trails, Bike Trails, Playground, Beach Club and Cabana with large sandy beach. Groceries, shopping and restaurants nearby. Take a day trip to the beach, Carolina and Wrightsville beach less than an hour, Myrtle beach is about 90 minutes. White Lake Waterpark is 10 minutes down the road, White Lake has an arcade and rides in the summer and ice cream!

i will stay here again awesome communication and everything nothing left to say except awesomeOnly thing i would change is having a ladder on the end of the dock to get up instead of having to go to the end everytime.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed! It had four bathrooms which was wonderful for 7 women! The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt safe since the house is in a gated community. We loved the screened in porch! The owner was quick to answer any questions. The house was on a canal and not on the main lake, but it wasn’t a far walk to the lake at all! We all enjoyed our weekend stay!

Our Long Weekend at the Lake

Our family of 10 stayed at this property Thursday thru Sunday. From the beginning, Jackie was a very responsive host by handling all requests. So many amenities are avaliable from fishing equipment to water sports equipment, to games & lots of kitchen needs. The property inside & out is well maintained & clean. It was my family's second visit to this property, & they all want to come back again next year.

Endless views

We had 2/3 rain days while there but we still had a great time. The property has endless beautiful views, lots of space, a variety of games, movies, books, to fill your time. We were very happy and pleased to find this property.

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time. The accommodations were spot on. My husband and I enjoyed the screened in porch. We were able to watch the kids fish and use the paddle boat. It was very relaxing! If we forgot something, Jackie had it there. Everyone had fun playing pool. This was our first family vacation and we would definitely go back. I highly recommend staying there.

My business partner and I purchased this home in 2015 in this beautiful gated community on the lake. We remodeled the home, it has granite in the kitchen, hardwoods, tile and a new master bath, fantastic place to vacation. I am in real estate, I live in Raleigh NC. I am looking forward to lots of fun filled trips here with my family and grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We discovered this hidden treasure on our travels. A beautiful gated community on the lake and thought this would be a great place to come with our families and to share with others.

What makes this property unique

This is a fantastic open contemporary floor plan with lots of possibilities, will accomodate a lot of people. It has a circle driveway, 2 car garage with utility sink, we own 2 lots beside the house. There is a beautiful water view of the canal from the office, kitchen dining/sun room and the rec room. Have meals on the huge deck or screened porch. Sit on the deck at the boat dock and watch the breathtaking sunsets!! What a peaceful, gorgeous place to be!!
