Beautiful , Remote Location, Must have car and Speak Spanish

The house and grounds are beautiful, the beds are all old, uncomfortable and in need of replacement, The property is in a remote neighborhood, not close to any restaurants, stores, shops, markets, Must have a car, and speak Spanish to get around

Thank you so much for staying at the house Michelle! I'm so thankful for having you as guests and talking on a daily basis with Bill. I am really very sorry that you had language difficulties in town, that’s why I called, texted or emailed you everyday to make sure you were ok and to call taxi drivers to come and pick you up everyday, even send you medicine thru a delivery guy when you were sick or arranging your transport from the airport so you don’t have any problem. The location is very well described and the house is located in the residential area of the city (12 min drive to downtown), however there are two restaurants nearby “Entre Sombras” - Hotel Casa Santo Origen Restaurant (2 min walk), “Cruz Cocina Mixta” - Hotel Flavia (2 mins taxi - 10 walk), also there’s a Oxxo, Abarrotes la Soledad both convenience stores (5 min drive - 15 mins walk) and a local traditional market (7 min walk from the house) I am sorry that language was the main issue for you but I’m afraid I tried to help you enormously with that. And that’s not a house issue, it’s a general “thing” in Oaxaca. Beds are not old, everything was bought 4 years ago, you even had high quality foam tops for the beds and 7 different beds to choose for you. I am sorry that you couldn’t sleep and that you were having the throat pain that could’ve been the main cause, on the other hand I remember Bill telling me the opposite to what I've read on this review and I wish you have'd the same experience in the house as him. Again thank you for staying at the property guys!

Relaxing Escape in Oaxaca

The home is in a residential neighborhood, but is a peaceful place to relax after exploring el centro. The home, grounds and pool were beautiful and had plenty of space for two families with children. Everyone enjoyed cooking at home, hanging out with the peacock, and swimming in the pool. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - pool towels, cookware, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryers, etc. The host was also very helpful, checking in to make sure we did not need anything. We found several good restaurants we could walk to nearby, but having a rental car was helpful to go to the grocery, for day trips, and to get downtown. Would highly recommend.

It was such a wonderful experience!We had a fantastic time, the bedrooms are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need, the pool has the perfect temperature and If you want the jacuzzi even warmer, you can ask for thatWe always had help and clear instructions, additional help and recommendations This is a perfect way to spend your holidays with your family/friendsI want to come back!!!Thank you so much!!!Es uno de los mejores hospedajes para pasarlo con tu familia o group de amigos, la casa es bellisima e invita a relajar! Las recamaras son muy comodas y la cocina cuenta con todo lo que puedes llegar a requir.La temperatura de la alberca es perfecta incluso de noche pero si lo requires puedes solicitar calentar el jacuzzi.Siempre tuvimos recomendaciones/instrucciones claras.Es muy sencillo ir al centro/aeropuerto.Recomiendo muchisimo este precioso lugar.A toda mi familia le encantó y nos permitio tener espacios para convivir juntos durante la tarde noche al mismo tiempo privacidad/descanso, fue perfecto!Espero podamos volver pronto!

MAGNIFICENT HOME in Oaxaca with the best host !!!!!

We had an incredible time staying at this dream property, everything is so well set so guests can enjoy every single space. This home, as it name indicates, is really unique in Oaxaca (3rd time visiting this lovely city), so comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, cozy, and I can keep describing it and never ending. The host really knows what he's doing and made sure we had a perfect time at the city and the property. BEST VACATION HOME WE'VE EVER STAYED !!! BOOK IT NOW.

Terrific house in beautiful Oaxaca.

We had a terrific stay in San Felipe del Agua, Oaxaca. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were also terrific and responded quickly to any question we had. Great stay.
