Very nice home with good proximity to The University of Notre Dame. Although we didn’t use the back patio, it is very inviting and would be a great place to hang out. The home was very clean and had nice amenities. Would definitely return!

Hands down best VRBO rental we have stayed out. VERY CLEAN and nice, safe neighborhood. Only a few minutes from Notre Dame campus which we were in town for a football game. Good location, restaurants nearby and a nice coffee shop. House was perfect for all of us to stay comfortably. Nice backyard the teens threw a football. Easy check in and out process. Plenty of towels, etc. Will be staying here again on our next trip to South Bend!

Great spot for ND football game

We stayed here for the ND/Stanford game and had a great time! The house was clean, linens fresh and mattresses were comfortable! We enjoyed the home feeling with included amenities such as laundry detergent, TP, etc. Was a short distance to ND campus, about 15 minutes. Close proximity for door dash delivery as well. Neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the Mortek’s for their hospitality!

Game Day Weekend

Famil, Friends and I traveled to South Bend for the Notre Dame vs. Pitt football game. The house was about 10 minutes away from campus and was an easy drive to and from the game. Check in was very simple and the house was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor space was great for gathering with family and friends. Included was binder with local maps and attractions. Would book this property in the future and recommend to anyone going to this area.

Excellent modern home in a great neighborhood

Took a bucket list trip with my wife and cousins. They are big FSU fans and we are die hard Notre Dame supporters.. As the game lacked the competitiveness we were hoping for, the house exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed and decorated. Everything you could possibly need and more to make the trip enjoyable. Jim was great at communicating throughout. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stat

We were attending our daughter’s graduation from Norte Dame. We enjoyed being in a home instead of multiple hotel rooms. We were able to have our favorite home cooked meals and enjoy them on the patio. It was a great place to land during a busy weekend!

We’re glad you had a good time. The weather was a little cool but Notre Dame got the win. We hope you get a chance to come and visit again.

Beautiful house and property

Worth a bit of a drive from ND - really only about 10-15 minutes away. Super clean and comfortable with all the amenities in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again for sure!! Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Overall a very nice house. Perfect for our weekend in Notre Dame.

The entire property was very nice. House was decorated very nicely. Small basket of goodies left by owner for use. Small basket of toiletries also left for our use. Overall we had a great experience at this home.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood.

Home owners were friendly. Jim reached out early to ask if we had any special requests and they had clean towels and sheets on every bed. They even had some basic toiletries in case anyone needed them. Overall, a really pleasant experience.
