This 500+/- square foot unit has a 1200+/- square foot large outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen and panoramic views of the ocean and town. Fully renovated, with extensive Parota woodwork. Caracol Estates has true high speed internet, a private water reservoir and pressure system. a gated and highly secure project, with backup electric generator, Truly one of the premier properties in Sayulita.

Construction is on the property in front of Casa Caracol and casita Caracolita, obstructing our ocean views. The views from the pool and palapa area are untouched.

Lovely Place

It was the perfect little home away from home for me. Great distance from the party scene too. Far enough that I could sleep but close enough that I could walk. Love it!

Lovely Caracolita with breathtaking view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sayulita at Casa Caracolita. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the hills and walking for the cobblestone streets for the joy of exercise. We felt like we had the entire property to ourselves as it's very private on the hilltop but only a 8 minute walk to all the hustle and bustle and activity of the town square. The pool was cool and refreshing and very clean. Another lovely view to be enjoyed! We never used the A/C and had the windows open and ceiling fans to allow the breeze at night. The kitchen was equipped if you want to cook, but restaurants are so plentiful we preferred to eat out. We did use the refrigerator for storing breakfast foods and our tequila. Joanne was a lovely hostess and allowed our privacy but was available if we had questions. We would love to stay again when visiting Sayulita. Be sure to also visit the adjacent town of San Pancho for a quieter, smaller town/beach experience.

Top notch! Casa Caracolita embodies Sayulitas charm perfectly. The property owner (Jo Ann) is so nice and wants to make sure that your stay is perfect. Can’t say enough, how impressed I am with this location!

April getaway

The property was as advertised and more. Beautiful views all around and pool area so tranquil and pleasant. Everything from the little condo to the property to the pool was clean and fresh. The tranquility of the property was so special for us. Nice to be a little away from the town for that peace and quiet! And we felt very safe. Jo-Ann made sure we had everything we needed. The walk from town is up a hill and some steps. We are in our 60s and fit so did not mind it at all. If you are not very fit, you might want to rent a golf cart to get to town and back. But exercise is good for you! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay above the fray!

My gf and I recently traveled to Sayulita for a long weekend/short week getaway. We were so thrilled to have found Casa Caracol! The place is lovely. It has everything you need -- lots of space, high speed internet, clean property, plenty of privacy, close to the town -- but also a ton that you wouldn't expect -- incredible views, expansive (private) patio with ocean views, even a fully stocked kitchenette (ocean view breakfast anyone). If it were any closer to the center of town, you might not be able to sleep through the din of Californians partying in the clubs. If it were any farther away, you might get annoyed with the long walk to be a part of the action. Loved our stay!

Casa Caracol “Sol” so lovely!

We had a wonderful stay Sol, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. Had everything we wanted. Great views and luxurious environments. Staying with Jo-Ann was very easy and clear to work with. Highly recommend! 5 star from us.
