Lacaz Calodyne is a newly built villa in a quiet residential area.

It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 guest room with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom upstairs also has an en-suite bathroom. Two of first floor rooms have balcony. All rooms are equipped with an aircon unit.
A created yard planted with palm trees and lawn. A private swimming pool surrounded with a wooden decking.

The ground floors consists of an open space living room with view on the swimming pool with TV and Internet Access. A dinner table that can accommodate 8 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and guest toilet.
A maid is at your service twice a week for 2 hours and Gardener/pool boy is present 3 times a week for 2 hours.
Bakery, supermarkets and bus stop are all less than 2 mins by car or 10 mins walk.

Superbe Villa à la hauteur de nos attentes

Nous avons passé 15jours en famille sur cette magnifique île en période estivale. Nous étions 6, nous avions chacun notre chambre avec nos salles de bain privatives. La maison est très fonctionnelle est bien placée dans un endroit calme et retiré. Nous avons passé notre temps en dehors mais heureusement que la climatisation est présente dans toutes les chambres. Elle est parfaitement équipée et la literie est bonne. Si nous devions faire une seule petite remarque, elle concernerait l'eau des douches et sanitaires car il n'y a pas beaucoup de pression mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Richard est très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette villa pour des vacances entres amis ou en famille. Nous avons fait la connaissance de la dame de ménage Annick qui a bien voulu cuisiner pour nous également qui est d'une extrême gentillesse et très attachante. Merci encore Richard pour tout. Modernes Haus im küstennahen Hinterlande

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dem modernen und geräumigen Haus im küstennahen Hinterland. Natur- und Tierliebhaber kommen hier auf Ihre Kosten. Nichts für schwache Nerven ist allerdings die holprige Schotterpiste, die zum Haus führt. Deswegen gibt es einen Punkt Abzug in der Bewertung.

Belle location, identique à la description, accueil très agréable par Richard et sa fille.

Très agréable, calme, voiture indispensable pour visiter, piscine et jardin bien entretenu. Chambres spacieuses avec climatisation. Cuisine fonctionnelle.
