This is a home located in a safe, quiet, tucked away older neighborhood of Quartz Hill, California. It is a peaceful escape from the busy streets and away from all the traffic of the valley. The property is beautifully landscaped with desert plants and fruit orchard. Each rooms have been thoughtfully decorated. AC/Heater units in each rooms. Charcoal BBQ available for use.

The kitchen has all that you’ll need including spices, microwave, stove top oven, convention oven toaster, rice cooker, blender, Tupperware’s, teapot and coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable couch, a large screen TV, Blu-ray DVD and board games. Play pen and baby chair for families. Laundry and dryer available. The bathroom is organized so each guest can have a safe place to put their personal belongings in. There is a dining area in the backyard that allows for peaceful breakfast or meditation overlooking a thoughtfully landscaped backyard and some fruits to enjoy depending on the season. 9pm quiet time NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will have to the entire house including fenced private back patio. Back property is off limits and is used for storage.
