I've owned this property for many years and never tire of the Low Country. The ocean, local culture and people continually pull me in, despite having traveled widely. Perhaps having been raised along the Bay of Fundy has something to do with it!
Why they chose this property
The unique amenities (golf-tennis-beach), building and management quality, proximity to the Westin Resort and services, and flexible time/occupancy continue to be enormously appealing all year 'round.
What makes this property unique
My villa is really quiet and private, especially with the screened in porch off the back. I like the privacy, as well as being separate from the Resort - although it's an easy walk or free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. Having a fully-appointed kitchen provides so many options to dine-in, entertain guests, or heat up left-overs - all great cost-savings. You can stock up at any number of local grocery stores or supermarkets, most of which are an easy 5 minutes' drive away. And the gas BBQ steps away from the Villa is ideal for preparing steaks and other great meal creations.
