Millswood Manor
Millswood is a prestigious inner southern suburb of Adelaide. It is a beautiful, quiet and leafy suburb with wide streets. It is clean and green. Our 3 bedroom home, built in 1947, is an old English design, constructed of red brick and a red tiled roof. Recently renovated, it features very modern fittings and fixtures, containing stunning artwork, elegant decor with a contemporary feel . The space is air conditioned throughout making the home very comfortable in all climatic conditions.
Great for families and business travelers.
Our home is a 5 minute walk to the fabulous King William Road shopping and cafe precinct. We are a 10 minute walk to Goodwood and Unley Roads with extensive shopping and restaurants.
We are near Adelaide City - 2.7 kms (7 minute drive) and 2.0 kms to the Adelaide Parklands (4 minute drive).
Our home is serviced by bus ( 5 minute walk) and train.
The showgrounds are a 15 minute walk and also features the fabulous Farmer's Market.

Awesome home! Perfect for families with little ones who like to run around outside and the location is great. Restaurants, cafe’s and a lovely retail precinct only a short walk away. We will absolutely stay again, the hosts are wonderful and very helpful!

A great family house in a lovely quiet location 10 minutes drive from central Adelaide with excellent restaurants/ coffee shops in easy walking distance on King William Road. The house is really comfortable with plenty of room and easy parkin.

Great location, home away from home

Lovely old family home with modern furnishings - stylish and elegant. The north facing aspect and gorgeous windows made breakfast a delight (and thank you, Helen, for the scrummy breakfast fixings you provided to get us started!). Short walk to amazing restaurants and shops, and the centre of the city is only 15 minutes drive. It was great having the space to spread out and treat the place like home. I would stay here again, we had a delightful stay.

Magnificent Millswood

A beautifully maintained property in a wonderful location. It has everything needed for an enjoyable relaxing stay. Close to coffee shops and convenience stores catering for all required needs. Parks and playgrounds are in close proximity and public transport is nearby to take you into Adelaide quickly and easily. Both front and back yards are secure and quite private, providing opportunity to relax outdoors. Would not hesitate to stay on our next Adelaide trip.

Hospitality Personified

Helen, I am sure summarises, the generous hospitality of all Adelaidians. From the time my wife and I left our home state to the time we settled into Millswood Manor, Helen was informative of preparations for our stay. We appreciated the personal welcome on our arrival and the guided tour of the Manor, showing us how everything functioned and the answering of all questions. The Manor was exactly the same as the photos on the Stayz website. Millswood Manor is ideally situated relative to the proximity of the city and walking distance to ammenities, such as comprehensive villages.
