I really enjoyed my stay,
The hosts were amazing & look forward to booking again in the future.
Immediately felt so welcomed and confortable in this beautiful home with amazing hosts. Inèz and Woody were beyond lovely. Our room was comfortable and we felt that just hanging out all day was absolutely fine. Breakfasts were delicious! If Inèz will have us, this will be our go to place in Miami, hands fown.
Absolutely wonderful, the host is very attentive to every detail from booking to check out. One block from Marlins ballpark in an historic district. Close to ethnic restaurants and other attractions.
Came to Miami for a weekend for the Taylor Swift concert with my 8 year old daughter. We absolutely loved our stay! Ines is the most gracious host. The place was lovely, very centrally located, with every amenity one could desire. My daughter especially enjoyed meeting Carlitos- the resident cat. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
Ines is a great hostess, very attentive, clean and warm. The location is perfect and the street parking was always available. Ines home is beautiful.

Nice room, lovely owner
We had a great stay there. It's a beautiful old house. Landlady helped us a lot by doing some phone calls and giving us advice regarding activities or places to go. Also provided awesome coffee :)
room would benefit from an A/C. otherwise great location with easy trips to South Beach or Calle Ocho or the ball park. would stay here again. Owner is awesome lady

Eclectic gem tucked away but in the heart of it all!
Ines and Tom were great hosts! The property is whimsical and fun, with tons of unique charm. Minutes from everything! I would have loved to have stayed longer! It was comfy and cozy, and the bed is wonderful!

Nice & perfect for a visit to Marlins Park!
A nice place & only half a block from Marlins Park! Enjoy your time before & after the game instead of fighting traffic. Owner on site & happy to give ideas for restaurants & other sites!
Nice little place to stay. Manager was accommodating. Only thing negative would be to have eggs at breakfast for those who don’t like yogurt

This was my first time using VRBO to book as I normally use hotels when I travel. I like the attention the host put into the property as all was clean and very organized. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the interactions between the host and other renters. I will definitely book again on my next trip. Totally amazing experience.

About the host
Hosted by Ines Cortes
I was born in Bogota, Colombia and I have been living in the states, specifically Miami, for the last 30 years. I went to law school in Colombia but early on I decided to abandon law and dedicated myself to different creative projects. I have traveled to India, Africa, Mexico, Guatemala. Nepal and Cambodia among others. I love beautiful things, color, kindness, honor and friendship. I love being a VRBO host. I know a little about Miami and share that knowledge gladly with my guests.
Why they chose this property
When I saw this home for the first time I realized the house had chosen me. We were bound by my love for old architecture, Florida pine floors, crown moldings a floor plan that was not an open plan and, oh my god, the lime green bathroom tiles. I liked the neighborhood and the way the house sat on the lot with 2 cypress trees side by side. She looked like an elegant girl going to her first ball. Through the years the house has changed but the essence is the same. Because I love color, the house is no longer white/white, because I love plants and flowers, butterflies and birds, I planted and planted again and again, shrubs, flowers, bamboo trees. Some grew, some did not but I filled the garden with green.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with the tile on the porch and you will to ,( just wait and see) the arches, the mango tree, the long green entrance by the side of the house, the small and delightful back yard and the great front porch.
