The host made us feel so very welcome! Everything was neat and clean. It is a cozy home! We loved the hot tub and massage chair after our busy day. Beds were comfy. Host was very obliging in case you forgot something. We felt right at home.
Comfortable, well-stocked, great location…perfect for USNA events! Owner was easily accessible and quick to respond to texts. The hot tub and massage chair were hits especially with our pleb. We will definitely stay there in the future.
Wonderful communication and flexibility with owner. Property had lots to offer and provided a great weekend space for 2 families. Couldn’t beat the location for a Navy football game.
Property manager is very nice and responsive. Had no issues communicating on the property even before we booked. Plenty of space inside and amenities to enjoy! Should we come back to the area, I hope this place is available again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
The host was lovely for the pre-planning and very resourceful but then came hard on the accusations once we left -- saying we took her allumnium foil
This was a great place for friends to stay together while attending our USNA reunion. I was walking distance to the Fluegel Alumni Center as well as a very short walk to Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with plenty of parking and Laurie was very attentive to any needs we may have had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
We had a great stay! The hostess was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! The house was incredibly inviting and had everything we needed, and the backyard was very nice to sit and relax. The street is quiet, and within a 5 minute walk you are in front of the Stadium, which was such a nice feature to the home even though we weren't there for a game. Very close to Annapolis (7min drive) and a 15 minute drive to the MDRF which is what we were in town for!
We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers in town to watch the Navy football game. Plenty of beds. Lots of games and extras...hot tub was awesome. Perfect location to park and walk to the stadium. Clean. Easy communication with owner. We will definitely rent again for our next game visit.

Thank you very much Matthew and look forward to having you back!
A truly wonderful stay. The host was accommodating and kind. The propery was comfortable and well kept. I could not say enough good things about our time at this property. Multigenerational stay and everyone had plenty of space and things to do. Small note if you have younger kids, the treehouse is no longer on site. The backyard is heavenly but let the kids know there’s no treehouse. Top notch accommodations and location was perfect. Grandma had a lovely time in the hammock and basement rooms gave the teens privacy. The host was responsive and an excellent communicator. Finding the property was easy and checking in and out was simple. Everything you need to know was detailed in the welcome book and the kitchen was well equipped with staples and cookware. Very pleased with our stay. Thank you!!!
We had a low key family gathering after several years and this place was great. The house is packed with items that we probably didn’t even realize all that the property offers. Very close to the city so we were able to make multiple trips a day. Laurie was flexible with us and so we thank her for hosting our family !
Spent an extended weekend here with my 3 brothers to reconnect after the passing of our father. Cozy indoors - nice 4 bedrooms for us each to have our own space. Hot tub was fantastic especially when watching the NCAA tournament from it in the tv inside the tiki bar. Good nearby food options for doordashing and close to Annapolis downtown - and under a mile walk to a grocery store. Owner very responsive if needed. Highly recommended.
Most importantly, our party did not do a good job abiding by the 10 o’clock
rules for the neighborhood.. The owner, Laurie,
Contacted us because of a complaint from a neighbor. She handled it really well and graciously accepted our apologies.
Her house is wonderful and intimate as she actually shares some of her life experiences with her “decorations”..
I salute this Navy Veteran!!!
Nice house in good location. Just a few minutes to walk/drive to historic Annapolis. House was clean with many amenities. Laurie did an excellent job communicating with us and answering questions quickly. One thing I overlooked when booking was that one bedroom and rec room were in basement area, so two of the younger kids slept upstairs with us. Would be perfect for teens who like their own space though.
Perfect home to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Living room was especially comfortable. Bedrooms were very comfortable except 5th bed was more of a single bed and was not made up. Had to look for sheets and blankets. One couple decided to book a hotel room to avoid anyone having to use that couch/bed.

I have lived here a long time and it's my favorite place - I call home. I ran for political office, donated a kidney and won $10k in a TV contest. Always fun with Laurie! I am a disabled vet and rent my home as a stream of income for my family. We are both military veterans.
We have a great house with everything you could need - I like the fact that we have umbrellas, a tsp of oil, a pinch of salt etc if you need them !
Why they chose this property
