Location Location Location.. This three bedroom renovated Unit on Resort Drive is perfect for family and friends. Two minute walk to the nicest beach on Vancouver Island. There is an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts close to the condo that guests can use.
There is high speed internet, and two locations for cable TV.
This is the perfect spot to spend a week with family and friends during the summer months or during off season times as well! Unfortunately there are no pets allowed on the Resort or in the Condo itself.

Hot tub and pool area were nice. Property was older but clean and roomy. Good location for accessing the beach - note that the beach access path/boardwalk is very steep, which would not be ideal if you have mobility issues.

Tidy getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bedrooms provided quiet spaces for kids to go to bed early while adults could chat in the spacious living area. It was fun to be near the beach.

Accommodation very spacious, great location next to Rathtrevor park and the beach. Perfect facility for someone with mobility challenges- bedroom, bathroom and living area all on the main floor. Access to table and chairs on a sunny patio. Parking right outside.

Island vacation

Setup and location of the condo was excellent for our family which consisted of two grandparents and young family with three children. Fortunate to enjoy beautiful weather for our short stay. Pool close by and great access to ocean. Kitchen had nicely stocked with dishes and appliances and enjoyed access to barbecue and outdoor table and chairs.

Sister Getaway

We had a lovely relaxing time with lots of space and all the amenities of home. Shopping and lots of restaurants nearby if desired.Short walk to large sandy beach. Loved it, would definitely repeat. Thanks❤️🙂

We loved this property. It was very comfortable for 4 seniors reuniting on a Vancouver Island road trip. Lots of space, nice sized bedrooms with an upstairs room and lounge area. Loved the great access to the outdoors, BBQ, patio and picnic table off the dining room kitchen area. The pool and hot tub area where very relaxing and had lots of lounge chairs. Access path to the beach was a bit steep but had strong handrails and opened up to a great waterfront vista- you could walk for hours along the sandy beach area to Rathtrevor park. So close Parksville and shopping- was a great way to kick off our 10 day holiday!!

Convenient location

Donald was very helpful and was available by text or phone. There was a few things that needed some maintenance but we were the first people to stay after a long term guest had checked out so he might have missed a couple things. Donald did his best to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. A nice condo.

Great location, spacious condo

We lived our stay here. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time with our young family. Outside toys for the kids, everything we needed in the kitchen - including a crockpot! - lots of beds for all of us, washing machine… and the location was so great. The walk to Rathtrevor beach is short and has awesome access to a long sandy beach. At low tide there were even sand dollars near the water’s edge! It was so fun. Thank you!

Friends Get Away

This townhouse was clean, close to the outdoor pool & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 4 senior friends. It was close to the beach(steep walkway down) & was just a few minutes drive from the town of Parksville. There’s also a mini golf across the street. A reminder to bring your own beach towels as they don’t supply them. I would like to bring my grandchildren next time as it’s a great place for families. Thanks Sharon B

Spacious

This property has fantastic sleeping options. The upstairs mini-suite (bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area with tv) was perfect for the snorer in our group. The rest of us slept comfortably in the two bedrooms downstairs. We’ve stayed here before as it is clean and well-kept. This visit we tried out the beautiful pool and hot tub, just steps from the townhouse. The resort is quiet and nestled in nature — deer, rabbits, birds right outside the door. Thank you again Donald for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location!

The cottage was great for my family, we had enough space and we were so close to the wedding we were attending at Tigh Na Ma Ra resort. We had everything we needed in the cottage, the only downside was the upstairs pullout couch. I would definitely recommend changing it or not including it as a bed. We didn’t get to enjoy the resort amenities but hopefully we will when we come back!

Great value and clean and quiet property.

We didn't realize the 3rd bedroom and extra sitting room with tv was upstairs, which was great for privacy. Enjoyed the property.

A great place to relax

The property is great. Plenty of room, there is ample parking, a pool a hot tub and more. We grilled our supper most nights and played tennis in the evening. A great place to relax and enjoy. The proximity to Rathtrevor Beach just puts the cherry on top.

Amazing place for families!

Our two families stayed here. Amazing amenities. Close to brand new pool and hot tub. Short walk to huge beach! Really convenient! Owner has been very responsive to text. Hope we can stay here again in the future!

Spa getaway

We found the condo clean, well stocked with everything we needed and very quiet. He should tell renters to bring their own soap and shampoo. His instructions for enjoying our stay were very detailed and helpful but should include this information. We'd gladly stay here again.
