Come spend a few days or weeks in this spacious 1,100 sq. ft., 10' ceiling two bedroom, two bath beach front condo. The master bedroom and living room open onto a huge furnished balcony that is right above the beautiful outdoor pool. You can enjoy the stereo sound from the balcony speakers as you sip your wine and watch the sunset. There's even a large garden tub/jacuzzi and stereo speakers in the master bathroom! This unit is on the lobby floor making it unnecessary to ever use an elevator, yet still has a magnificent view of the Gulf and beach. This condo also features indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, racquetball court, tennis courts, gym and Meeting rooms.

Grand-baby’s First Beach Trip

It was great being on the lobby level with the baby and because I have a meniscus tear in my knee. The only downside was only having one shower; one bathroom had a garden tub.

Condo stay

The condo was very nice and so was the property. Wish the place had digital keys because it is more difficult to keep track of an actual key and not misplace it especially when on the beach. My only complaint is that I was told checkin was at 1pm and the front desk told me it was a mistake and checkin was 4pm.

Great family vacation 2021

Fairly easy process to rent. There was a few hiccups, but overall ok. This condo has the most awesome balcony. Right over pool. We had a lot of entertainment at night which we enjoyed.! Great location! Had the best family vacation with other family members 4 condos down on the same level

Gulf Shores High School Track Meet

We came down for my daughter's state track meet competition. When we arrived to check-in, it took about 1.5 hours. There was only one attendant present and when it was finally my turn, she wouldn't check me in until I called the owner, even though I had a confirmation number. To keep from holding others up, I stepped out of line and called the owner (mistake on my part). So I waited 40 minutes to get to the desk the first time and 50 minutes to get back up there the second time. The silver lining, however, was I had no problem reaching the owner and he straightened everything out. The condo itself was very nice and spacious. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in had 4 bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the lazy pool and the indoor pool. They swam until they were wrinkled. We could not get the ice maker in the condo to work but not a big deal. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great place to stay

Overall we were satisfied with this particular condo. There were a few minor issues we found. The big bathtub was fantastic, but unfortunately the shower head in the shower was terrible and it could use a new one. In the listing it stated there was beach furniture for our use, so we left ours at home. Unfortunately we found out when we got there, there was only one broken chair in the closet so that was very disappointing. But we still had a great Labor Weekend at the beach!

Denny was born & raised in Ohio, Kim in New Orleans. Both enjoy their 2 & 3 bedroom beach front condos in Orange Beach as often as possible, and when not possible enjoy having friends and family enjoy them.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for those who don't like spending a big portion of their vacation on elevators. You walk right in from the parking area to the lobby atrium where you check-in and within a few steps your opening the door to your condo. It's above ground floor so you still have a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf from your over-sized balcony over-looking the large outdoor pool.

There's plenty to do right on the property including swimming in the indoor/outdoor pools or beach, using the garden tub in the master bathroom or the Jacuzzi or sauna at the indoor pool facility, playing racquetball, tennis or basketball, barbecuing on the gas barbecue pits and using the picnic tables to eat by the pool, or just sipping a glass of wine on the balcony and watching the sun go down at the end of a venturesome day.

Within a very short distance there's excellent bars and restaurants for all tastes, an excellent driving range/par 3 golf course and regulation golf course galore. There's also plenty of shopping including the huge Foley Outlet Mall, and The Wharf with their boutique shops, as well as other boutique shopping areas--one just across Beach Blvd. from the condo. The Wharf also features a cinema and amphitheater with great entertainers year-round. There's also the famous Flora-Bama bar with its many stages full of entertainers from near and far.
