The condo is located on the 4th floor with elevator access and includes a reserved covered parking spot right at the building’s entrance, plus a private locked storage area.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with an updated kitchen—stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and a bar-height eating counter. The living room opens to a screened lanai through sliding glass doors, showcasing incredible views morning through evening.
Both TVs have full cable channel line-ups and Roku streaming devices, and WiFi is included.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and walk-in closet. The front bedroom has been redesigned as a flexible den/guest room with a comfortable sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms—an oversized walk-in shower in the master and a tub/shower combination in the hall bath. A washer and dryer are located in the unit.

It is available by the month, seasonally or annually and is an exquisite unit with every amenity one would ever wish for. This fabulous golf and tennis country club truly provides the best Florida has to offer. I fell in love the minute I drove through the gates and you will too.
