Locarion, location, location! We hardly needed our car the week we were there. It's quiet and super clean. Allen was very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, comfortable property in a safe location- easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and water. There are some steep stairs to the apt but my mom was easily able to navigate with the rail. Really enjoyed our stay!
Directions and parking and check-in was seamless. Location is superb, we didn’t move our car all weekend since we walked everywhere. Didn’t utilize the kitchen which is slightly outdated, but functional, we ate out most of the time. The bathroom could use some sort of shelving or cabinetry for your cosmetics/toiletries.
Great location to the social district and spacious little apartment. Having the separate room allowed us to put our sun down for nap and still have a place to hangout and watch tv. The AC unit in the living room randomly buzzes on and off so we had turn it off every once in a whil, but with both units it stays cool.
This property was in a great location! Right downtown near all the shops & restaurants! While it wasn’t fancy, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would stay here again!
The location was perfect for our beach activities and wondering in between our scheduled activities.

I love historic buildings and this is an exceptional house. The location makes it a fun property to offer to guests. It is right in the center of town and close to all our water attractions. A perfect jumping off point for all that West Michigan has to offer!
Why they chose this property
I picked this house because of it's beauty and size and location. When I bought it, it was calling my name to restore it. We have kept it as close to it's original splendor as possible.
