This unit is pet-friendly and located on the 1st floor of the Caribbean complex. The Caribbean is the only complex in Gulf Shores that is beachfront and pet friendly- all other pet friendly condos are not on the beach!

This condo is pet friendly! Pet fee is charged for each pet. Make sure you enter the correct number of pets before making your reservation so you receive an accurate quote. Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

The Caribbean is located 1.3 miles West of the Hangout and this unit has a direct Gulf View from the private balcony and living room!

Complex amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, an elevated boardwalk to the beach, and ground level poolside bathrooms.

This beautiful west corner 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo is pet friendly and located on the 1st floor allowing for easy access to the complex amenities and the beach without the need for an elevator, although there is an elevator available.

The primary suite outfitted with a king bed, dresser, nightstant, and a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a private water closet, jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, dresser, nightstand, and a smart TV. The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV, a large sleeper sofa, plus two recliners, and a view you will LOVE!

This unit has a full-size washer and dryer.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, near a private balcony offering direct Gulf views that will take your breath away!

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, and sunset sailboat cruises. There are beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing. Gulf Shores also has an amusement park and indoor/outdoor water parks nearby. Our city has great restaurants with entertainment for all ages! You can enjoy live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

Please Note:
1. Check-in is 3pm | Check-out is 9am.
2. No smoking or vaping in the condo! Smoking is only allowed on the unit balcony and in designated smoking areas throughout the complex.
3. Dog Friendly- Make sure you enter the correct number of pets before making your reservation so you receive an accurate quote.
4. Parties or gatherings will not be allowed.

Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No third party bookings allowed!

One parking pass is included with your reservation. An additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need an additional parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there before you check-in.

Per industry standard, we supply a starter set that includes: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, a bar of hand soap, one dish washer tablet, one laundry detergent tablet, and one trash bag in each can.

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates, contact me and we can work to make that happen.
