Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo Sleeps 8!
Luxurious furnished 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer very comfortable on a quiet street overlooking the 8th green on the Kingsmill Championship Golf Course on one side, and unlit tennis courts on the other. Our unit is on the tennis court side. Included are playgrounds for young children, walking/jogging/biking trails throughout the development, tennis courts, and picturesque views of the golf course and the James River. The Kingsmill Resort is right next door to Busch Gardens, and just minutes from Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg and the Settlement at Jamestown. A wonderful venue for a fun filled family vacation inside a safe, gated, golf course community. Please check our reviews to get an idea of where you will be staying should you choose our property!
Our kitchen is very well outfitted, so if you have a large group you can plan on cooking in a few nights and saving some money on food... and if there's something you need that we've not provided, give us a call and we'll do our best to bring it to you, fair enough?.... thank you so much for your interest, we do hope to hear from you!

Everything at Kingsmill Resort is owned by the Resort, except for the condominiums. This is why we are able to rent our space to you for, typically about1/2 the cost you would pay had you rented through the Resort. Since the Resort owns everything else, we used to be able to provide our guests with Resort Amenities passes for a fee. However recently we have been advised that we will be unable to acquire these passes. We have no idea when we will be able to purchase these for our guests again.
But if you are looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful, gated, upscale setting, close to all the area attractions, then our condo is your perfect spot! Please check our reviews! We thank you for your consideration... We do hope to see you soon!!
* There are neighborhood Tennis Courts that are free, as are children's playgrounds and walking paths throughout the Kingsmill Community
* We have recently joined a community swimming pool nearby which you will have access to. It's very nice, and has a 3 ft and a 10 ft diving board! Please call for details..
