Quaint little house. We didn’t realize that it was right on the highway. Nice place though. No central heating and air so bathroom and living rooms were cold while kitchen and bedroom were warm cause that was where the heaters were. There is a nice bakery right across the street.

So to address the issues you seem to have had. The location is stated in the description that can be read before booking. It is located in the historic loop. As for heating , there are 4 rooms. The bedroom, kitchen, bath, and living room.. The bedroom has a heating and cooling unit built in to the wall. There are 3 large space heaters that can be EASILY moved from room to room . When plugged into any of the numerous outlets in each room will literally run you out of the space they can get so warm. So, you could have moved any of those 3 space heaters in any of the 3 rooms mentioned. I always encourage guests to contact me personally with any questions or concerns. ,Bathroom and living room could have easily had heat!
Great weekend to get away! Host was very accommodating and even shipped me an item that was left behind. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend this property to my friends!
Had the eureka vibe and the bed was very comfortable!

The house wasn’t clean we spent one night and left. I sent pictures to the owner but didn’t seem to matter that we were unhappy with the cleaning done or lack of

The guest submitted a photo to me of the ceiling fan saying it had dust on it. I apoligized and said that housekeeping must have overlooked cleaning it. I would be happy to come and clean it. Instead she said she wanted a refund of some of her money . I refunded her $200 . The guest states in her review that i didn't care. And i hardly see how apoligizing, and refunding money shows i don't care. I have always done my best to see that my guests are comfortable and provide a clean enviorment and address any issues that may arise.
My wife, our granddaughter, and our 7 month old pup stayed the night here before the Jeep Jam this past weekend. The accommodations were nice and the location was perfect.
