The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the key to lockbox
Be sure pool key is in the condo and take a photo of it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Housekeeping will be required every 10-14 days by Coastal Hideaways housekeeper at guest's expense.
Utilities over the monthly maximum of $200 will be billed to the guest.
The tenant shall receive HOA governing documents and all guests will be subject to their provisions. Failure to abide by the rules is a lease default.
