Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, California Dreamin' is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories. To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere for both guests and neighbors, parties, events, excessive noise, outdoor music, and any activities that may disturb the surrounding community are strictly prohibited. Occupancy and parking limits must be observed at all times.
This spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is packed with entertainment for all ages. Enjoy the private pool with waterslide and waterfall, outdoor BBQ area, basketball court, ping pong table, and a variety of toys for younger guests. You'll also be just 2 miles from Disneyland, and on select evenings, you can enjoy Disneyland fireworks views from the front yard.

Occupancy & Booking Requirements
Maximum occupancy: 15 guests total, including infants (10 adults maximum)
Additional guest fees may apply if guests are added after booking
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Reservations longer than 10 nights may be subject to an additional mid-stay cleaning fee
Check-ins or check-outs occurring on major holidays may incur an additional cleaning fee
Parking & City Regulations
Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted
All vehicles must fit completely within the driveway and may not block the sidewalk
Street parking is strictly prohibited
RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted
The city requires quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. During this time, all outdoor amenities, including the pool, patio, and garage/game room areas, are closed and may not be used.
Guests are responsible for complying with all city regulations and may be subject to fines or other penalties for violations.
Security & Screening
Exterior security cameras may be present to help ensure compliance with local regulations. Cameras are located outside only, do not record audio, and are not actively monitored.
All reservations are subject to a refundable Short-Term Rental (STR) Rules Deposit Hold of $500–$700. This hold is only charged if house rules are violated or damages occur during the stay.
Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival may require additional screening, proof of payment, and identity verification.
Pet Policy
Small dogs under 25 pounds may be considered with prior approval. Additional pet fees and a refundable pet deposit will apply.
A rental agreement is required for all reservations.
