Growing up going out to Cape Cod, I always get apprehensive staying at rental properties, because I’m so used to family houses. But this property was perfect. We stayed here for our wedding and it was a great location, great amenities, and overall a wonderful stay.

Little gem by the sea

I am so happy that I booked this property, not only was it in a great location, but it was clean and roomy. Philip was great with communication and making sure everything was good. My family and I had a wonderful time and having the guest house for my stepson and his family was priceless!!

Perfect Place - Perfect Stay

We were really surprised just how nice it was. The home is large with enough room for us to really spread out and be comfortable. The furnishings are new and very tasteful. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We ended up having a baking day! Having the separate cottage really made the difference. The kids stayed in the cottage and had their own space. I can not recommend this place high enough.

Beautiful Home with Guesthouse

We rented this property for our son’s family of 5 that were traveling from Michigan to be with us this Thanksgiving. We live within 45 minutes of the property but had an opportunity to stay overnight in the guest house property that is included in the rental. Delightful!! It allowed us to spend more time with our grandchildren. We highly recommend this property in a beautiful, quaint area of North Falmouth. We found so much to do without long car rides. Truly a treasure!!!

Fantastic place

We had a great time at Phil’s place. The house is as described , neat , clean and super comfortable. Very conveniently located and it’s a breeze to get around. The property manager …Evolve are JUST TERRIBLE …try not to book through them. No response to emails , calls ..just radio silence. On the other hand , when the landlord , Phil was super responsive and helpful. Thanks , Phil ! It was a special occasion for us and we enjoyed the celebration and stay in your wonderful house

Beautiful house in a good location. Near to most everything, beaches, shopping, dining. Only downside was there were no linens provided for the beds and we had to buy towels so we could shower

Perfect location

Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach but still away from the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. We like our peace and quiet but still wanted to be close to the water so that we could enjoy the warm weather. This was the ideal location that provided easy access to the beach but still away from the crowds. The owner was also very responsive and took care of a few issues immediately. This put us at ease and really made a big difference to our stay. Glad we had the opportunity to stay here and enjoy a great week in the Cape.

Fantastic house for a family holiday.

We loved the house for our family gathering for the labor day week end. We had 3 generations and the kids really enjoyed the guest house ( the parents as well!). It was perfect for all of us. The house was very clean, well equipped in a very quiet neighborhood. The cathedral ceiling made the house appear bigger . We enjoyed cooking outside with the BBQ and the setting of the patio table made it very intimate for us to have our meal as a family. The convenience store was close by as well as the town of Falmouth, which is pretty. We highly recommand this house.
