We had such a great time and this intimate cottage style house made our vacation complete. This home had absolutely everything you would need and more to make your stay complete. It was centrally located and minutes to even downtown Buffalo. I was very happy with my stay and will hopefully be back not to far in the future.

Great stay

This is a very nice home to stay at if you are in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. Located in a good area with easy access to the highway. I would stay there again.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

My daughter and I visited in order to attend her college orientation at UB. The house was clean and tidy with lots of pamphlets and publications about how to enjoy Buffalo, which was very helpful. The communication with the host was flawless. One of the best VRBO experiences I've had!

Shannon does an excellent job of making you feel right at home. The place has everything you could need and was easy to get all around Buffalo. We appreciate how accommodating Shannon is and recommend staying here as we have stayed more than one time!

A perfect place

We stayed for several days when visiting family in Tonawanda. The location was perfect, the house clean and cozy, and the kitchen well equipped. We hope to stay again the next time we are up for a visit!

Cozy home, safe neighborhood, close to everything but not too close to hustle and bustle.

We stay for several days, my hubby and I, for a getaway. We enjoyed the kindness of NY folks. We loved Niagara and coming back to our warm and comfy Vrbo afterward. Shannon was wonderful; attentive and communicated whenever we needed anything. The house has a bit damp smell but it’s older and we understand winter time and older homes so it didn’t bother us.

A great little VRBO rental house

A short, five minute drive from the Buffalo airport, yet we weren’t bothered by the sound of jets. It was really perfect for the two of us, plenty of room for us and everything that we brought along. Convenient to many things. The host was responsive. Certainly a good value. We would definitely stay again.

Long-weekend visit for a Bills game

The property was perfect for a long-weekend visit with my elderly Dad. Very clean and welcoming and in a great location to all that Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer. We'll stay again!
