Great location. Cool vibes. Amazing hosts. This guesthouse feels like you are in a treehouse because this lovely property has loads of windows with natural light and views of trees from the park right next door. Wonderful hosts, great communication and resources. Thank you Simon and Aurora!

What a cool, well equipped guest house! Close walk to all RINO has to offer. Right next to park with big trees. It was 100 degrees out but the property was nice a cool. Great shower. Very very comfy bed. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making sure guests didn’t have to run out to buy anything So so much better than booking a hotel room. Loved it and would love to stay again and check out the hosts’ properties in Santa Fe and Mexico

Perfect!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Everything was so comfortable and very clean! The special extra touches- coffee, local beer in the fridge, a few treats, toiletries, lots of pillow choices- were wonderful.

Beautiful Space with a Thoughtful Host

Property was EXACTLY as pictured. Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and the host was very thoughtful and communicative. If you have a smaller group visiting Denver stay here.

Beautiful Property

This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in. Great home with all the amenities you need on vacation. You can tell they really put a lot of thought and time into this home. When we return to Denver we will be staying here again!

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and, as foodies, to sample the local cuisine, which did not disappoint! (Shout out to Whit’s End, Himchuli and Pig &Tiger!) This well-designed space has classy decor, a very comfortable king bed and deep double sinks in the bathroom. Towels were not plush, but thirsty. There were thoughtful touches like a pillow bar, some basic pantry supplies and spices, and craft brews chilling in the frig—my husband loves IPA’s so was very happy with the selection! It was amazing to have several options for coffee prep—love a french press! Hosts kept in contact via email and though there was nothing we needed—we knew they were available and interested. All in all a delightful stay and would recommend!

Annual trip to Denver

What a place! So private, so quiet, so roomy and so clean! And, oh, parking in the garage right beneath you. We will forever check this place first. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

While Christmas in Denver

This rates at the top of rentals I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. The place was better than described. The garage was a big plus during the snowy days. It was even decorated for Christmas.

Cannot recommend this highly enough. The hosts are very attentive to every detail, from the space itself to communications to location information, and on. And the location in Denver can’t be beat.

Lovely property. Obvious that Simon spent lots of time thinking about what to do to make the property the best—and then he did it! There’s nothing lacking here—it is wonderful!

Great quiet place close to downtown

We were in town for a game, this location was close enough to everything (botanical gardens, zoo, restaurants, light rail) that we could explore but wasn't constantly loud like downtown would have been. Apartment renovations were clearly well thought out and the private patio is a really nice little oasis. I particularly appreciated that the door code was changed to something unique to me, which always helps me feel safe when I travel.

Cozy! Responsive & thought of

Property was clean & tidy! The hosts were very responsive to our questions both during & before our stay. They’ve thought of everything, including having nice little extras that are often forgotten while traveling. The local recommendations were great. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Simon attempted to fix it right away, which was so appreciated! He communicated what was happening right away too.

They thought of everything

The beer in the fridge came in handy when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The pillow bar gave us a very comfortable sleep. The coffee bar helped wake us up in the morning. I loved the local touches in the decor. Heads up, the microwave is the smaller oven-looking appliance. I humorously thought there were 2 ovens! Overall, my husband and I would stay here again if there is a concert in the area we are traveling to.
