Welcome to our beautifully renovated original 1932 Mission Beach home—just steps from both the beach and the bay! This private home (no shared spaces) is perfect for families and friends looking to relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories by the coast.

Enjoy a fully stocked Jen-Air kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy downstairs master with queen bed and sleeper sofa, plus 3 upstairs bedrooms that comfortably sleep the whole crew.

You’ll have 3 dedicated parking spots (2-car garage + alley space), a private front patio with fire pit, and everything you need for the beach—boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and towels. There’s also a washer/dryer in the garage, outdoor BBQ, smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. ( indoor fireplace is decorative only)

Minimum stay: 4 nights off-peak, 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday during summer.
We’ve stocked our home with all the amenities our family loves—now we’re excited to share it with yours!

We had our family vacation here. The house is fantastic! So close to the beach and Belmont park, so much beach paraphernalia. The front yard is perfect for relaxing and eating. We loved the fire pit. Watch out for parking tho, we got a ticket outside the garage the last morning.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, quiet and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the fire pit was a great evening space for the family and the air conditioning was a huge bonus. Everything was well maintained and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mission Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this San Diego beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Mission Beach and Belmont Park, which made it perfect for our family. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, including Downtown San Diego, Coronado, and La Jolla.The house itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to plenty of bathroom towels. A huge bonus was all the beach gear available, which made it especially great for kids and took the stress out of packing. We also loved the outdoor fire pit—such a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings.Overall, a super convenient, family-friendly spot that we’d absolutely stay at again!

Great for a family getaway

We enjoyed this property and it's close proximity to Belmont Park and the shops and restaurants off Mission Blvd. The firepit outside was a nice gathering place for everyone to keep warm in the cool evenings.

The location was perfect. The home was very nicely stocked with towels, plates, cups, kitchen implements, cleaners and paper products. The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive when we had some questions as well. We really appreciated that. However there was a really strong musty smell in the house and the floor was quite dirty. We are guessing our stay in the winter, when it was damp out most likely led to these issues.

Such a wonderful home for our family trip. Had everything we needed and more. We loved outside area and they had all the beach items we needed. Kitchen well stocked was a plus. Neighbors were nice and we were close to shops stores eateries and more.

The best

We couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more and this location made all the difference! The fire pit made every night so special and the layout of the house was extremely comfortable. Put all of that together with the walkability and wow!

Downtown beach house

Our family of 7 Adults and 1 toddler stayed comfortably in this house. The location is perfect to walk to Belmont park, the beach or the bay. Beds were comfortable and the house was set up well. The back yard firepit and Bbq were perfect for our group.

Well stocked!

The house was great for our group. Good layout. The original 1930’s feel with updates was charming. Lots of beach chairs! The firepit and bbq were great. The table in the dining room is plastic which was a little sub par. Lots of outdoor space was nice.

Cute Cottage at the beach

The house is adorable! So close to the beach and Belmont park is perfect for the kids. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is the very limited parking at the house. We had to use public parking for the suburban become it was way too big to park at the house. Perfect house if you are traveling with kids.

Happy Christmas at the Beach

We had a great time! Easy walk to Belmont and the beach. Delicious tacos at Marcy’s a 2 minute walk away, and an easy drive to Ralph’s in PB if you need a more featured market. Plenty of reserved parking (although definitely check the dimensions of your car vs the garage. It’s a tight fit for sure) which removes a lot of stress of going to the beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely beach home away from home!

We purchased this property for our family, friends, and rental families to enjoy. We are San Diego natives and agree that "Everything is better at the Beach".

Why they chose this property

Built in 1932 this is one of the only single family homes left in Mission Beach. Most properties have been converted to condo's or townhomes and our original beach home is a treasure. Right in the heart of Mission Beach our property is a preserved jewel.

What makes this property unique

Steps to the Beach ... steps to the Bay ... Steps to Belmont Park ... We are in the center of beach living. With so many activities at your dorstep a day at the beach provides endless family fun for all ages. You can do as little or as much as you want to create a vacation that exceeds expectations.
