Unbelievable! unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound from this 15th floor unit in Santa Rosa Towers. This unit has an oversized spacious living area for you to relax and enjoy time with family and friends in this unique 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathroom Condo that has the square footage of a three bedroom unit in the same tower. Enjoy spectacular views from the thirty-two foot private balcony. Special features in this unit includes; gated access, new furnishings and mattresses this year, TV's in each room, free internet, large refrigerator, full size washer/dryer, ceiling fans, Netflix, private tennis court and two covered parking spaces. This Condo is just a few steps from the beach, and just a 1 block walk to Tom Thumb and the very popular Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. There is a free Trolly Stop directly in front of the building to take you to the Boardwalk for shopping and dinning. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and bedroom 2 has two Queens. The living and family room has two sofas (one has a queen sleeper) and a large table for meals and games. The unit also provides for your use: an Iron and Ironing board, blow dryer in each bathroom, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rolling ice chest. We are new owners and will be adding more pictures soon.

Spacious, clean & beautifully decorated condo. Perfect beach view! Excellent communication from the host. 10/10 recommend and look forward to staying here again. We love shelling and found so many due to the recent dredging. We had a wonderful time!

We had the best time during our stay! The condo was exactly as stated in the listing, I dare say it was even better then the pictures! The view was amazing, we loved sitting on the balcony each morning watching the dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals if we wanted too. We really enjoyed Pensacola and the area.

This condo is amazing and has everything you need!! Beautiful views of the ocean and especially watching the Blue Angels! We had a great time and is close to shops and restaurants!! Lynda is a fantastic host and is super responsive!

Winter getaway at the beach

Spent two weeks in February enjoying the views, sun, storms and the beach from the conveniently located condo. The owner was proactive with rental information and communications, was easy to work with. The condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking, comfortable beds and furniture, TV and internet service were robust. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Condo for a Beach Vacation

The condo was spacious and beautifully updated (had the nicest kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed at). The view from the condo is breathtaking and the location is great. It is a nice and quiet building. It is walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's, directly across the street from the beach and located at one of the free Trolley stops.

Beautiful Property, wonderful stay and excellent host!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The view of the Gulf is stunning! Condo has everything that you could possibly need. Only thing that we could suggest is a grill, but not a deal breaker. Many thanks to Lynda, she was very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved this condo! The property was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with anything we needed to make our week relaxing and enjoyable. The view from the balcony was unobstructed and we loved watching sunrise and sunset almost every day. The location can't be beat. There is beach access directly across the street with the main beach area and attractions a short distance away. Lynda is a most attentive host and communicated everything we needed to know well in advance which made the check in and checkout process extremely easy. Pensacola is my husbands hometown and we try to visit family in the area often. I truly wish we had found this gem earlier but plan to return to this paradise whenever we are in town!

Family Vacation

This condo was exactly as it was represented on line. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary to be able to cook meals. The owner was quick with responses to questions. We used the pool daily either before or after the beach! We will be reserving this condo again!!

Beautiful Pensacola

Early autumn vacation after tough summer - weather incredible, ocean crystal clear. This condo is under-priced - been in Pensacola multiple times - this is by far the best. Balcony is huge and overlooks the most beautiful beach and ocean. Kitchen window looks out over the bay. Owner incredible, place immaculate and spacious. Definitely plan to be back

Wonderful!

Lynda is a great host. She’s very quick to respond to questions. The condo is better than pictured. The English Navy Cove is in the back and the beautiful beach and ocean are awesome from the condo and large balcony. Everything was great! Would love to go back again and I highly recommend.

A little piece of heaven

This beach condo was the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable and accommodating condo we have ever stayed in! The beach is directly across the street. We couldn’t ask for a better oven view from the balcony. Lynda is so sweet and provided us with everything we needed and more to have the perfect family vacation! Family, Fun and Flying

Firsr off we loved it here. The condo, location and view were all amazing. If you are wanting to watch Blue Angels its perfect for that too. They fly by right in front of and all around you. Lynda was phenomenal. Covered designated parking and trolley stop in front. We will return. Covered parking and quick elevators.

AMAZING

First, let me say the condo is stunning. Probably the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean, well stocked with everything you need, the beds were very comfortable, and the condo is esthetically pleasing. Beautifully decorated. It was like being at home but better. AND THE VIEW was spectacular! The location was excellent…close to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. 10 out of 10 all around.Lynda was responsive and was always very helpful. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you, Lynda!

Absolutely Amazing!

The Condo was Gorgeous, the view sublime and communication impeccable! We had a few issues (all of which were out of the control of the Condo owner) during our stay but Lynda was always in direct contact and very accomodating. I cannot say enough about the Condo itself. Very well maintained and simply beautiful. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was ample room for everyone. We would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you Lynda.

Enjoyed the stunning beach view and easy access to an uncrowded, and beautiful area of the beach. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in this spacious unit with comfortable beds and plenty of space in the living areas. The balcony was perfect for coffee and time together watching the ocean. Communication with the host was excellent, everything was communicated in advance and check in was effortless.

We didn’t want to leave!

My mother, son, and I had the absolute best week at this condo! The calmness of the room and the view of the Gulf made you immediately feel at home. The place was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was so peaceful. We are already making plans to return!

Gulf Coast Visitors

We love the gulf coast, everything from Ft Morgan to Seaside. We have never stayed in Pensacola so we wanted to be picky about where we stayed. This unit was wonderful! We had a great property owner to work with and the unit itself was amazingly clean and kept. The proximity to the beach was very close and yes, you can hear the waves crashing during your nightly cocktail or your morning coffee. I recommend this unit for your trip to the gulf coast, the views are as nice as property owners attention to detail.

AWSOME PLACE!!!!!

We will be going again to this place, is very close to everything we want it to do, relatively with in walking distance, the apartment was everything we saw on the pictures and more, the balcony was spectacular, we sat there all the time to relax and enjoy the view, Thank you Linda for everything.
