Traveling with a group? Our duplex next door (Urban I & Urban II) is also available for booking.

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to your side of the duplex, plus the fenced backyard. Please note that both the backyard and parking area are shared with guests staying on the other side of the duplex.

📸 Booking Requirements
- A valid photo ID is required at booking for security purposes.
- At this time, we are not hosting local residents.
👥 Guest Count & Fees
- Base rates cover up to 3 guests. Each additional guest (from the 4th guest onward) is subject to an extra nightly fee.
- Only registered, paying overnight guests are allowed on the property.
- Please ensure your guest count is correct before your stay. Refunds for adjustments are at the host’s discretion.
- This system allows us to keep rates affordable for smaller groups while still accommodating larger ones.
🐾 Pets Welcome
- Dogs and cats' welcome! $35/pet per night (max $200/month per pet). Fees will be adjusted after booking.
- Please let us know at booking if you’re bringing a pet.
- Restricted breeds: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canarios, or mixes of these breeds. Any dog with a bite history is also not permitted (for insurance reasons).
- Pet damages/stains may incur additional fees.
- Cleanup required: All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. A $20 fee applies if we must remove pet waste.
🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours
- Some sound may travel between the two sides of the duplex.
- Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
🧴 Supplies & Essentials
- We provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods.
- Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and basic coffee/creamer are provided.
- For longer stays, please purchase any additional supplies you may need.
🚪 Accessibility
- This home does not have handicap access.
- There are stairs at both entrances and no first-floor bathroom.

🐾 Allergies & Sensitivities
- While we clean thoroughly, we cannot guarantee the home is free from pet dander, smoke residue, cleaning scents, or allergens. Please book with this in mind.
💳 Damage Waiver & Fees
- A $69 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required for all reservations.
- Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
- Intentional or negligent damage is not covered and will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Strong odors requiring Ozone treatment (smoke, heavy food, etc.) incur a $500 fee.

- Exterior cameras are located at the front and back of the property for your safety.
- There are no cameras inside the home.
