Hidden gem overlooking Kiama’s West End. In the heart of town with all amenities close at hand.
Exceptionally fitted and finished this three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a wrap around balcony with several sun kissed coffee nooks as well as alfresco dining. Spacious open plan layout with hardwood timber flooring in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms.

Views over Hindmarsh Park and down Terralong Street. Stroll to trains, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, Leagues Club, Kiama Seaside Markets and more.

Lift access from secure carpark and also from the street. Level access to/from building. Suitable for mobility limited guests.

This was an excellent place to stay. It sits right in the heart of beautiful Kiama (lots of great cafes nearby), is spacious and very clean, and has secure undercover parking. Would definitely come back!(The only small things are the intermittent water pressure for taps/showers, and the level of noise that sometimes comes from the Leagues Club across the road, but these are little niggles rather than actual problems with this otherwise perfect place.)

A wonderful stay

A beautiful property that is walking distance to the shops and markets. We really enjoyed the spacious apartment that is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and clean. Will stay again.

We were surprised how large and spacious the apartment was. Great location - close to the shops, supermarket but away from the noise as well. The place was in immaculate condition, open plan living area and perfect for us (we had 4 adults and 2 kids).

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rosebank Oasis. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds, great kitchen (impressive stove!), strong, hot shower and fantastic location. Nin, the property manager, was helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Perfect Accommodation for a Group Stay

We were only in Kiama for a long weekend but the apartment would be perfect for a longer stay. A large space, well equipped and in a great location. Nothing to fault. Nin was a perfect host. Always available and happy to help when required.

Nin's apartment in Kiama had everything we needed and more for a perfect and comfortable holiday! The space was ideally located, clean, secure and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful Kiama

We had a lovely stay in this apartment for four nights. Perfect location and great communication with Nin (property manager). The apartment lift had broken down during our stay which made things pretty difficult (especially with two small children). The apartment was spacious and clean, we will be back.

Good holiday

Everything was great except getting in. We were not given instructions on the parking and the remote we were given did not work. However, location, amenities etc.all excellent. Would stay there again.

Great Location and good sized unit

The location of this apartment was excellent. Walk to shops / restaurants and club across the road. The apartment is quite big and the balcony is also. There was everything we needed for our weekend stay. The carpark was a little tight to get in to for a larger car but great to have it off the street. Communication was great with Nin. Would definately stay there again.
