Fabulous Condo With Magnificent Views In The Heart Of Ketchum

3 bedroom condo with full amenities in the exclusive Chilali Residences centrally located to all Ketchum amenities. Within walking distance to all restaurants, galleries, downtown shops, and River Run ski lift, this unit provides amazing views, easy access to garage, elevator, fitness center, game room and spa. Sleeps 6 with 3.5 bathrooms. Bedrooms are 2 KING bedrooms and 1 TWIN bedroom

Entry to Chilali #14 is on top floor of the Residences. You will be greeted by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large island and 3 bar stools - perfect for entertaining! The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas. Dining room table seats 6. Counter seats 3. Spectacular views north from living room, kitchen and dining area with direct powder room access.

Living room has a 55" LCD TV, HDMI system with in- wall speakers. The TV is mounted above the wall switch gas fireplace with access to cable TV channels and extensive WiFi throughout condo. Feel free to enjoy the quaint outdoor patio off the living room.

Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, in-suite desk with dresser and closet with a private bathroom. Bathroom has 1 sink with a large private shower and toilet.

Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, in-suite desk and dresser. The master bathroom has heated floors, two sinks, soaking bath, separate shower and toilet and extensive walk-in closet and changing area.

Additional downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, in-suite desk and dresser with closet and hallway private bathroom. Bathroom has 2 sinks with a large private shower and toilet.

The laundry room in conveniently located in the unit with a full size high efficiency front loading washer and dryer.

This condo is a 2,500 Sq/Ft. gem with north facing views and easy access to all amenities in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area. As well as a private parking garage, our renters can take advantage of the conveniently located KART bus stop near condo residence.

Amazing stay in Sun Valley

Our group of 5 had the most wonderful stay. The condo has beautiful views and a great layout giving privacy to all beds/baths. A very short drive to the mountain and walking distance to all restaurants in town. The roof deck hot tub right down the hall was a huge plus - we will definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this property and our stay in Ketchum. The location was awesome and the home was very nice (especially the front room with the tall windows and large fireplace), containing everything we needed and more. Also, the building itself was very nice and well maintained, including the gym area and deck with the hot tubs.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We rented this condo with two other couples for a long weekend. It was clean, modern, and had a great location that made it easy to walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The hot tub was great after a long day skiing and the host was wonderful. Definitely want to stay here again.

My family of two married children (32 years old) then their spouses and my wife and I could not have been any better. The unit was very clean - check in was very easy and we were walking distance to may highlights of Ketchum - bars and restaurants and a short shuttle bus from Sun Valley - very good place that i would highly recommend

Wonderful Spacious condo with mountain views

Our family enjoyed the location, amenities and views of this condo. The free shuttle bus to the mountain is across the street and all the stores, restaurants, galleries are less than a five minute walk away. We used the gym, hot tub and outdoor grill which are same floor across the hall from the unit. Perfect home base for our time in Sun Valley.

Great Location in Ketchum

We were there for a group of 5 men on a ski trip. This house was very clean, new and comfortable with all of the amenities. We didn’t have a car but this location was a super easy walk to all the restaurants etc and Ketchum has great convenient bus system for a short ride to Bald Mountain. Would love to come back in the summer. Great VRBO experience and highly recommend.
