Bethany Bungalow is a 1925 two bedroom, one bath home. We are one on a short list of villas, cottages or holiday homes for rent in central Lincoln, Nebraska. Mike & Sue Vint of Lincoln are the owners.

This 850 square foot home is recently remodeled, comes fully furnished to provide a comfortable alternative to extended hotel stays, weekend getaways, and additional housing for holidays and family gatherings. With its location in central Lincoln, it is close to shopping, restaurants, bike paths, and entertainment. It is 10 minutes from downtown and most of the colleges in Lincoln. The home is rented to only one party at a time, so when you're here, you're the only ones here.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. The dining nook seats four. The two bedrooms each have queen sized euro top mattresses and large closets. The newly remodeled bathroom has a tub shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and bed linens are provided. The living room is furnished with a 48 inch flat screen TV, cable, free wireless internet, and a DVD/BluRay player with streaming capabilities (subscription required for paid services, such as Netflix). A washer and dryer is available for your laundry. Use of all of this equipment is all included in your fee.

Other amenities include off street parking, a safe neighborhood, and a very convenient location. This home is suitable for four people.
