Furnished one bedroom condo in the heart of the art museum neighborhood! Unit has kitchen with custom tumbled marble counter top, dishwasher, and microwave. Unit has bamboo hardwood floors throughout, french doors leading to bedroom, and shared deck off of living space. Lots of closet space! Central air! Fairly easy neighborhood parking. Pull out sofa. Pet friendly building.

Fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Only 7 blocks from Kelly Drive!

Walk to Hahnemann hospital and center city. Only a couple of miles from Jefferson, Temple, Children's and Pennsylvania Hospitals.

This was my first purchase - I loved how quaint it was with the French doors and open concept (living area). I used to love living here!

What makes this property unique

Ideal location in center city Philadelphia but far enough from the business district so that you don't hear a lot of street noise. Parking in this neighborhood is a lot better than other neighborhoods given that there is a 3 block park across the street (no homes which equals less cars)!
