This wonderful unit sleeps 6 with one king size bed in the master, a queen in the spare, and a sleeper sofa. With great features like a flat screen TV, WiFi, tile counter tops and breakfast bar, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful sliding doors facing the beach and balcony access overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This condo screams the best of beach life! (Including great fishing beach side and bay side!)

Lei Lani Condominiums has 2 buildings (beach side and bay side), and this unit is located on the beach side. Amenities include a short boardwalk to the beach, a charcoal grill with a gazebo and picnic table, an indoor heated pool and 2 outdoor pools (one bay side and one beach side), 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, and onsite security.

Just minutes from Publix, great dining, Gulf Shores State Park, Perdido Key Area, Zeke's Marina, Cobalt at the Point and the Flora-Bama Club. If you are looking for a Gulf vacation with great amenities and a laid back environment you can't get a better rate or place then Lei Lani 403!

We enjoyed our stay. Needs some updates. Had an issue with the cleanliness of the floors but issue was resolved but the carpet needs replaced. Great communication with the host.

Beach and location great - condo complex not so much

Condo was somewhat worn down. Cracked tile and warped floor on balcony. Cracked tile in kitchen. Carpets were loose and worn. Parking fee went from $30 to $50 September 1st. Not communicated. Umbrella and chairs cost $40 a day! Barely saw the property manager. Office was closed a lot!

Great views!!

This condo had everything we needed and it felt like home. It also had a beautiful view from the 4th floor and we appreciated the type of furniture on the balcony. We only had 1 small complaint. We had a difficult time opening the balcony doors. The door doesn’t have a standard handle it’s just a plate and for older people with weakening hands it was a bit difficult. Just an FYI the cost of parking went up the day before we arrived and it is now $50 for the week.

Great Condo

Our stay was very nice. A short walk to the beach, seen dolphins, gathered shells, the chair rental group were super, almost witnessed turtle eggs hatching. The unit was perfect in size and very comfortable. Great location. Just a note, we purchased and replaced the AC filter beings it was very dirty.

Great Trip

Great beach condo! The location is fantastic and the view is amazing!! Very comfortable for my little family. The owner was great to work with and immediately answered all questions that I had. Will definitely stay at this condo the next time we travel to orange beach!
