Apartamento perfeito

O apartamento superou nossas expectativas, muito confortável e funcional Um detalhe que muito nos agradou foi que não tivemos de nos preocupar com as chaves das portas. Simplesmente cadastramos uma senha na porta eletrônica e todos tiveram acesso ao apartamento sem depender de chaves. Isso foi um diferencial com certeza!

Localização excelente

Positivos: localização do apto é ótima (em frente a praia) o que da conforto e facilita para quem está com crianças. O apto é bem espaçoso (04 quartos) e com uma sala de jantar integrada a sala de estar e sacada num ambiente bem legal com vista p praia! A internet e TV a cabo tb são muito boas. A proprietária foi muito atenciosa, honesta e confiável, destaco por ser um ponto importante.. Ponto de observação: alguns móveis requerem manutenção. Nada que atrapalhou.

A anfitriã nos recebeu de forma notável, sempre muito cordial e simpática. O imóvel é magnífico, pois além da excelente localização, fica de frente à praia do Morro com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Apartamento sensacional! Vista incrível!

Passei o último final de semana no apartamento e foi simplesmente maravilhoso! O apartamento é bem espaçoso, com muitas acomodações para que os hóspedes fiquem bastante confortáveis. Cômodos amplos, muito bem limpos, e com toda a estrutura que uma família precisa para passar dias incríveis em Guarapari. Sem contar a vista, que é de tirar o fôlego! A localização é ótima! Tem restaurantes, mercados, sorveteria, lojas, tudo muito perto. O atendimento também foi excelente! Proprietária muito simpática, sempre disposta a fazer o melhor pelos hóspedes. Super indico, e já estou ansioso para voltar!

Apartamento perfeito, nota 10, sem retoques.... Mas a atenção e gentileza prestadas pela proprietária Nancyra e sua assistente Eliane superam a de qualquer hotel cinco estrelas. Fomos muito bem recepcionados e acomodados. Obrigada às duas.
