The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. You will be comfortable all year round with Ducted Air conditioning and heating throughout the whole home.
The open plan living room is a place you can sit, chat & relax or watch some TV while the kids enjoy their own space in the separate activity room. With unlimited WIFI even the teenagers will be satisfied with this great family entertainer. 
The kitchen  provides everything you will need to prepare & cook the family meal. 
The private back yard is fully enclosed for your children play with a divine outdoor undercover kitchen with in build BBQ. This makes BBQing all year round possible. 
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Double Bed
Bedroom 4- 2X King Single
Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
Please note a damage deposit of $800 is due when booking and a photo ID

HOUSE RULES
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
-Host is available until 8pm most nights. Please do not call after hours unless an emergency. After 8pm host available via message only to private phone number until 9:30pm. Noise restrictions apply after 9pm weekdays and after 10pm weekends.
